George Zimmerman woke up in a Seminole County jail cell this morning as the mother of Trayvon Martin, the teen he killed, revealed on national television that she thinks the shooting was an accident.

Asked what she would like to ask to Zimmerman, Trayvon's mother, Sybrina Fulton, told The Today Show that she wants an apology from him.
"I believe it was an accident. I believe it just got out of control and he couldn't turn the clock back," Fulton said, revealing her opinion on what happened the night her 17-year-old son was shot to death. "I would ask him, did he know that that was a minor, that that was a teenager and that he did not have a weapon."

I don’t believe she would have said this without coaching by the race haters and attorneys surrounding her.
If he did admit it was accidental then what would the true repercussions be? No way she is doing this out of kindness to give him a way out, their must be something in it for them.
In other words, she just realized that once this goes to trial Zimmerman’s lawyer will be investigating Trayvon’s history. I’ll bet money that he is not the squeaky clean kid they are portraying and she knows this is about to blow up in their face. The memory of her son will be crushed as the truth is exposed.
This is another example of the law of unintended consequences. The got what they asked for... and now it has a life of it’s own.
I too am suspicious of her motives. But if I were attorney for her family (and I am not an attorney), I would advise her to button it.
Zimmerman is going down, he’ll be offered up and hung. Poor stupid bastard should have left the country when he could. I hope Florida burns to the ground and is washed out to see and drowned.
You know I heard her say that and I thought....”Does she know what she just said??”. If you notice, Ann Curry was also kind of flustered after that.....I don’t think she meant to say that...
Trial or not, it's coming out. The spotlight will swivel from being focused on Zimmerman, to being focused on Martin. That's the way the law always works. Martin's side has told it's story. Now it has to sit down and listen while the other side has a rebuttal.

“It was an accident” is a perfect defense to a charge of murder. If it was an accident, it was not murder. Case dismissed.
THis statement is all about setting up the Civil trial when the criminal case is dismissed as being self-defense or Zimmerman is found not guilty.
They will they file suit against Zimmerman (shooter), his family (statements), the Neighborhood association/property owners (not securing property/neighborhood wathc vigilante), the City of Sanford (failure to respond and protect) and the State of Florida (Stand your Ground allowing Zimmerman to have gun) for the “Accidental Death” of their son.
You know, I think that Treyvon was one of the theives in the neighborhood. Jewelry and screwdriver in his backpack, selling drugs insinuated on his facebook page....BUT— this has nothing to do with the incident.
Of course they know Martin attacked first and with no provocation other than being “disrespected” because he was followed and asked what he was doing.
You know how that goes...you show respect or else.

Is she kidding? A teenager? Does she know the stats? Just about ever week a teen is arrested for a shooting.
Didn’t know that....wow. But, Zimmermans already been portraying this as self-defense....don’t think he can change that now....?

If he would answer this and apologize to TM’s mother’s satisfaction, he will be admitting to manslaughter. It’s a manipulation ploy by her lawyers.
The only caveat is evidence that we have not yet seen, that really cuts against him.
If the judge finds that Zimmerman was more likely than not acting in the course of reasonable fear for his life or serious injury, then there will no NO trials. No accidental death (wrongful death is what the civil claim would be), no murder, no manslaughter, nothing.
They thought they had a Whitey to lynch and a sledge hammer to pound through some draconian federal gun control laws, but Zimmerman is Hispanic, and Trayvon was gangster wannabe who died in the process of earning his bones.
This thing may not play out the way they wanted at all.
