“It was an accident” is a perfect defense to a charge of murder. If it was an accident, it was not murder. Case dismissed.

Didn’t know that....wow. But, Zimmermans already been portraying this as self-defense....don’t think he can change that now....?

Very likely it will come out that Trayvon was going for Zims gun, there was a struggle and that is when Trayvon was shot. During the struggle for the gun there could have been a time when Trayvon had a hold of it but it was pointing at him. He may have actually “accidentally” pulled the trigger and shot himself. If his fingerprints are on the gun, its all over for the prosecution.

And then you lose everything you own in the civil suit that follows. The perfect defense is "It was deliberate and it was justified".

Why have we not seen any diagram of poor innocent St. Trayvon’s lifeless nody with the bullet path through his body?

I am guessing it supports the theory that he was on top. And the fact that their was a bullet fired but the next one was NOT chambered, means that something blocked it

I am guessing the dumbass tired to grab the gun and got what he deserved
