He’s always been on the thin side, and sometimes a persons face may look thinner than the rest of their body is. Maybe he’s smoking cigs again. Smoking will definitely age a persons face. His forearms look to be about the same size they’ve always been. As for his gray hair, he’s 51 years old,,,52 in August. No big surprise he has some gray hair.
I predict he’s going to die!
Normally, when someone of his character and ego is given great power and adulation, along with the responsibility that come with them, it's just a matter of time.
I just hope he doesn't kill a lot of people before that happens or as a result of it.

Yes, but the Presidency itslef ages a man. The entire world is in a muck and all Obama tries to do backfires on him...so he sees what we don't which is it's spinning out of anyones control.
Factor in the Islsamic threat....the ME upheaval...Israel and Iran...Syrian war....Russia heavily on the move...China heavy footing us....and a populace who sees your failures....not to mention likely Wife issues....then you have a perfect storm for aging and stress that ages.
Do I feel for him...not in the least bit...he asked for it...he wanted it...and he ran for it....he now owns it all!The buck stops with him.
Anger at not getting your way and not letting anything go, and taking everything personally, ages you faster. Commie leaders and muslims do not have stress-free lives, no matter how much golf and vacations they take.

Probably nothing so nefarious. Evil takes a toll on its minions. Bad diet, no sleep because of his need to constantly lie and collude with evil forces. He knows he’s in trouble and he knows his lies won’t work much longer.
He probably is giving his WH doctor fits about trying to keep him up to snuff, so to speak. I say that’s a good thing. I’ve long believed that if your turn your body over to a doctor for any length of time, he/she will eventually kill you. Especially an oncologist. Souped up rat poison purveyors....
All that time on the golf course and clearing brush at his ranch.

That may be your secret to looking distinguished, but the office ages presidents faster than ordinary people age. Check out photos of Bush and Clinton over 8 years, Carter over 4 years, Johnson over 5 years.
