At least two people were killed and 11 others wounded in violence across Chicago overnight, most of the victims from just two shootings on the West and South sides, according to police.
Suspects were being questioned in one of the shootings, the killing of a man near his home on the Far South Side, officials said.

I live near Chicago. If Mayor Emanuel wanted to protect Chicago residents, he’d ask the council to ban the gun ban & encourage people to own guns and defend themselves.
Sure looks like all that gun control in Illinois and specifically in the Chicago city limits sure is doing a lot of good huh.

Are you kidding? This was an opportunity for him to gin up more racial tension. And saying that his hypothetical son would have looked like Trayvon was just gasoline on the fire to give the impression that any criticism of Obamugabe is like a racist murder.
I sincerely doubt that there are any regrets for his words. As a matter of fact, I would not be surprised to learn that the statement had been sitting on the shelf just waiting for the correctly matchin incident. Ayers probably wrote that for him, too.
