All the best, Mister Vice President, for a speedy recovery and an extended warranty.
Vice President Cheney is a good and honest and brave man, he is a proud American, and he provides a total contrast with the current occupant of U. S. Naval Observatory.

You sound like a mighty fine candidate for Obamacare death panels.
My mother just underwent heart surgery at 80. Maybe you are in need of a heart transplant as you’re surely lacking one.
I’m wishing Cheney well and a speedy recovery.

My mother had a massive heart attack at age 72. Survived multiple bypasses and a pacemaker implant. Spent 6 months in the hospital with the first 3 touch and go. God willing she will enjoy her 80th birthday this year. Had Obamacare been in effect no doubt she would have not survived her first night in intensive care the day of the attack.
May Dick Cheney live many more highly productive years.

You would fit right in on the Obama Death Case panel.

This certainly explains Mark Steyn talking about substituting for Cheney at a Canadian event next week. Of COURSE they wouldn’t say anything before it was a done deal. All the best to the Cheneys, and prayers that it gives the VP years and years and years. I am so happy about this. And it was done at *my* hospital no less.

Same here; I was watching an NCAA game at a restaurant—or rather, occasionally glancing up at it and there was some
crawl at the bottom of the screen saying “recovering in intensive care. Stay tuned to the CBS station to go to our website for more info”. I didn’t know whom they meant—it didn’t repeat, now I know. Be prepared for libs to joke,
“heart attack/transplant? I didn’t know he had a heart...”
