I have seen a lot of FReepers state that they would NEVER cast a vote for Romney. That is my gut reaction as well. Mitt is on record saying that I will vote for him eventually. His arrogance makes me want to prove him wrong and write in a candidate. But I fear that will lead to 4 more years of Obama. Until I stare at the ballot in November, I don't know for sure what I will do. If it is a choice between Obama and Romney, what will you do?
Let’s see:
both are gun grabbers
both are in full support of the homosexual agenda
both are anti-life
both are believers in man made global warming
both are supporters of working with leftest in the admins
both are supporters of government mandated health insurance
both are supporters of big government
both capitulate to islam
Wait what was the question?
Would I vote for Romney to defeat Obama? Never!
It would not accomplish a single positive thing, and might send us backward quite a bit. Mostly, it would make me feel like I'd be cutting off a hand or foot in order to allow the GOP-e to think they have the privilege to take another one of my hands or feet. That will never happen. Sometimes, you just have to say 'enough is enough' and decide it's time to take a stand and fight to the death! This is that time.
undervote - skip the Presidential choice...
The GOP is done for if it's goal in life is to be "liberal-lite".
I don’t like Romney....his son says Obama a great man....just like his daddy has told him. I have no incentive to vote for this Rino. I pray that the delegates in Tampa will give me a more conservative choice in November.

4 years of Romney - might be worth it just to see the look on O’blamer’s face when he looses.
Only if he gets on his hands and knees and grovels for my vote and only if he picks a rock solid conservative running mate. I am still hoping NEWT will perform another resurgence. However my dislike of Obama policies is so deep, I an afraid my thinking brain will push me into the voting booth.
We need the Republicans in DC to be in opposition to Obamacare, gun control, Cap-n-Trade, etc., which they won't be if Romney is President and supporting these leftist idiocies.
Against His Majesty? In a heartbeat. Don’t like him, will hold my nose, but, in a heartbeat.
Anyone “conservative” who will allow Obama to get re-elected is mentally ill.
Staying home is not an option.
> Would you vote for Romney?
Only if I have no other realistic choice.
At the very least, it will register my disapproval of the Kenyan Marxist dictator wannabe.
Then we’ll have to work on a replacement for Mittens.
If we must have an enemy at the head of Government, let it be one whom we
can oppose, and for whom we are not responsible, who will not involve our
party in the disgrace of his foolish and bad measures.

yuo can spin it all you want but a write in vote is a vote for obama
Not sure at this point. I`d previously said yes..even Romney, but right here on FR, I`ve come to see the light about how toxic he is. I`ve learned quite a bit about him and am not sure how he`s different from Obama.
The spectre of a Romney nomination has caused me to change my thinking about a third-party option. If a solid conservative comes forth as an indie, I`m likely going to go in that direction. If not, I guess I`ll settle for Romney.
I will NEVER vote for mittens. I am spreading that information to anyone who will listen. I have voted a straight Republican ticket since 1976.
I am done with the liberals they force us to vote for.
nice
If it comes down to Romney vs Obama, then I will vote for Romney. He is not my 1st, 2nd or 3rd choice (Palin, Cain And Santorum), but if he gets the nomination I will support him.
I will not do anything to help Obama literally gut our nation for another four years.
If we deliver a strong House and Senate, and if Romney makes a good VP choice, I believe we will be fine through his term...much, much better and turning around a lot of things than if Obama stays in office with his cronies.

Of course I would vote for a dead Reagan over a live Obama. If Mitt were smart, he would choose a real conserv for VP and name some cabinet members already that would draw voters to him: Rudy G. for AG, John Bolton as Sec.State, Steve Forbes for SEC TReasury. Et al. It would be very helpful to see if Mitt could see that far ahead.
