Wow, that’s much more magical and ground-breaking than when Asus did it last year. A true game changer.

It would be nice to be able to plug the iPad in to a normal keyboard and/or normal monitor when you wanted that kind of capability.

How many desktop machines will you be able to buy for the price of that? And now you know why it won’t be killing the PC anytime soon.

Can’t be. The iPad was going to kill the PC. They surely must all be dead by now.

I have a Galaxy Tab 10.1 and a no brand leather BlueTooth keyboard/case I bought from Amazon.

Targus makes a universal BlueTooth keyboard available at Sam’s club for $45.

Yawn!

My Samsung 10.1 has an available stand alone keypad,,, did Apple copy Samsung? And the tab is nice,, but it limits you in ways that a laptop won’t.
It’s nice for portability,,, buy a small laptop will kick its ass.

If the iPad3 can kill the PC then it can kill the rest of Apple’s computer sales as well.

Remember when the Segway was declared “it” as a transforming mode of transportation; 10 years ago?

As soon as it became apparent how expensive and limited it was, it died.

Then someone declared that drivers of these things look like dorks, and it’s game over. The dork mocking factor got many of us out of minivans and into SUVs.

LOL

That gimmick is proof that a laptop is superior to an iPad.

I’ll tell ya what will kill the iPad...

A smart phone that will link wirelessly with a keyboard and a TV and the phone becomes the mouse.
