The Democrats and the Media score another victory: "Contraceptive Rights"

Well, the democrats have, once again, with help from their media buddies, muddied the waters and reframed the issue of Obamacare trampling on religious freedom. That issue can now be seen quickly disappearing in everyone’s rear-view mirrors.

Barbara Boxer, D-CA, said, “…they [religious organizations like Catholic hospitals] would no longer have to offer breast cancer screenings, cervical cancer screenings – all they have to do is say ‘Oh – I’m really sorry – we believe prayer is the answer…’”

The left knows that enough of the truth is leaking out about what abortion really is that they will lose that argument if they pursue it.

So, as always in their pursuit of power, they “reframe” the issue to something that they aren’t going to automatically lose.

Boxer's insanity won't go far in court, which is where this is headed.

I'm sure you are right; however, in the court of public opinion, and on the liberal tv talk shows, this issue is going to go very, very, very far -- I fear....

Last night (March 1) on NBC Nightly News, this took place: Barbara Boxer, D-CA, said, “…they [religious organizations like Catholic hospitals] would no longer have to offer breast cancer screenings, cervical cancer screenings – all they have to do is say ‘Oh – I’m really sorry – we believe prayer is the answer…’”

So what if they did? Who is boxer, or anyone else for that matter, to tell anyone what services they MUST provide? IF the hospital refuses to do tonsilectomies then the patient will just have to go elsewhere. Doctors (and medical facilities) are not slaves (yet).
