Andrew passed away unexpectedly from natural causes shortly after midnight this morning in Los Angeles.
We have lost a husband, a father, a son, a brother, a dear friend, a patriot and a happy warrior.
Andrew lived boldly, so that we more timid souls would dare to live freely and fully, and fight for the fragile liberty he showed us how to love.
Andrew recently wrote a new conclusion to his book, Righteous Indignation:
I love my job. I love fighting for what I believe in. I love having fun while doing it. I love reporting stories that the Complex refuses to report. I love fighting back, I love finding allies, and—famously—I enjoy making enemies.
Three years ago, I was mostly a behind-the-scenes guy who linked to stuff on a very popular website. I always wondered what it would be like to enter the public realm to fight for what I believe in. I’ve lost friends, perhaps dozens. But I’ve gained hundreds, thousands—who knows?—of allies. At the end of the day, I can look at myself in the mirror, and I sleep very well at night.

And if there were that many threats against his life, why would he be out walking alone at midnight? If I were his family or friends, I’d be going with him or following him out of real concern.
Yes, he will be so missed. A devastating loss for his family, and a stunning loss for his fellow patriots.

Our sadness clouds and obscures to us the wonder Andrew Breitbart is now experiencing on this day - his Easter Day.

He gave all that he could give to defend and promote the values of our founding fathers and he like the rest of us was trying to save our country.

Andrew lit the candle brightly for all conservatives, lovers of freedom and liberty. He was fearless, and he clearly saw the “real” un-American Obama and his hateful cohorts!!! Too bad, there are too many Republicans like John McCain, that preached to us all, what good man Obama was.
I believe the spirit of Breitbart burns on, the candle burns brighter for freedom, liberty and opportunity for all people. Andrew has left his mark on many apostles. The battle for our freedom, liberty & opportunity, and.....our great nation goes on with much talent and brains ignited by the simple being of Andrew Breitbart!!!
Republicans, all, take note, grow a backbone!!! Rip the political heart out of anti-American Obama and his Democrat Party!!! Be brave and truthful, and...not a whimp like John McCain!!!

Without an autopsy, how do they know it was natural causes? in addition, how do they know it was a heart attack and not some other event such as an aneurism?
The man was a controversial public figure and he “unexpectedly” drops dead on a sidewalk at 12:30 AM, alone. An autopsy is absolutely called for in this case.

Somebody asked who called 911. That could also be interesting. Somebody close enough to see that he fell down would also be close enough to shoot him with a poison dart, and they’d want a witness to what happened so the cops wouldn’t be called in as if there was foul play...

I was not taking it out of context. I was implying (in my mind) what you said in your second sentence there. I’m also thinking of Stephen, who was stoned, followed by the rise of Paul. The Lord works in mysterious ways, and I think the Lord’s fingerprints (and Satan’s) are all over what is going on in the world right now. I very much see the world as in a spiritual battle more than ever.
When I was finally convinced that he had died I wondered, consciously, what the Lord now has in mind. It is possible we are entering a period of Jeremiah and Lamentations. It is possible we’re already in it. It’s why I’ve said, since the early 90’s, that I feel like a Jew in mid-1930’s Germany. I still do, but even more so.
Indeed, however...who’s to say the autopsy would be completed without duress?

I have lost all faith in our congresspets. Even the freshmen,
who we had such great hopes for, seem to have become part of
that establishment.
Exceptions? Alan West and Marco Rubio. They seem to still
understand why they were chosen, just to name a couple.
So sorry to learn of Andrew B. His passion encouraged and inspired many. It is painful to think of his wife and children. Prayers of comfort for all affected.
Let us all not forget to send prayers for Andrew’s wife and children in their time of loss.
Andrew touched us all, in a way that made us want to care even more than we thought we already did. There are not too many conservatives that have been as effective in such a short time as he was.
It is the conservative voices, some louder than other, which will always defend the constitution in a way that helps protect our rights, not the politicians. If it were not for the conservative voices holding the politicians feet to the fire, they would always do what is best for themselves instead of us or the country.
We are faced with an election in November that will decide if our children will be free or slaves. So it is up to us all to step up to the plate, and fight the good fight.
It is time to do what Andrew was doing, get back into their faces and force the left to back off. We need to do what he helped us do we did in the summers of 2009 & 2010. Take it to them in our local town hall council meetings, and become a voice so loud that Andrew will hear it in heaven!
