For nearly a year now, House Oversight Committee Chair Darrell Issa (R=CA) and Attorney General Eric Holder have locked horns over Operation Fast and Furious. Throughout this time we have seen heated exchanges between the two during Congressional hearings, watched the DOJs narrative change more than once, and wondered why Holder has thus far been allowed to dictate the speed at which the committee can investigate him.
As of late, when Holder dug in and simply refused to the turn over the documents the House Oversight Committee subpoenaed, the contest between he and Issa turned into nothing less than a battle of wills. And Issa upped the ante when he drew a line in the sand and gave Holder until 5 pm on February 9th to comply with the subpoenas or face charges of contempt of congress.

"Agree! This mutual admiration big crooks society must be disassembled and restaffed with true public servants who have X time to serve their Country and constituents."I think we both know this country is too far down the rabbit hole for that to happen.

I lost all respect for Issa when he endorsed Romney. So this doesnt surprise me or change my opinion of him. John Bolton and Kris Kobach did the same and I still retain immense respect for each. Both want career advancement, and Romney seemed inevitable at the time. As an activist I may not like it, but I won't write them off for it either.

That is what I was referring to. That article was posted on Tuesday, and some of us were hesitant about it because of the source. Anyway it is what it is as they say. He’s a traitor....they’re ALL traitors and should be hanged!

Friday Night “Fast & Furious” Document Dump, and Obama’s Great Compromise
http://minx.cc/?post=326611
Now it turns out that two of the “big fish” supposedly targeted in the bungled “Fast & Furious” ATF weapons export program were FBI informants. And their status as such made them essentially “unindictable” by the Federal Government. Well, what did you expect? Did you think that the Reichstag was going to torch itself?

Anybody know what’s become of Thad McCotter? I’m reading up on how the TARP stuff transpired, and McCotter was a big voice opposing TARP. What’s he up to lately? How about Mike Pence?

Did you think that the Reichstag was going to torch itself? Brings up a nice point: has any Republican in Congress uttered the phrase "Reichstag fire" yet? If not, why not? It's not as though the Democrats were hesitant to throw rhetorical bombs, and in this case the bomb's not all that rhetorical.

I think you have said the magic words here. This is one of the most potent sources of crypto influence inside the Beltway. There are several such influence networks that ramify throughout DC. The various Chinese networks for instance. Anyone who threatens to expose any of these hidden networks risks either career or life and limb.I have been called a foil hat by several here for alluding to these crypto political influence networks. However, they do exist and their baleful influence grows worse with time.

I lost all respect for Issa when he endorsed Romney. Romney?! Issa is an ACU 100 guy, like Tom McClintock. What the hell is he doing endorsing Squish?
Is that the price of a chairmanship in DC today? "You gotta endorse Our Guy when we tell you to"?

BANKING GIANT ACCUSED OF LAUNDERING BILLIONS Ex-employee in New York has 1,000 pages of customer account records Dr. Jerome Corsi has been the most active. This article does not cover everything. The Fast & Furious connection has been made by Dr. Corsi in his several interviews recently. Youtube has them. Just search for, corsi youtube hsbc
Speculation about Washington, D.C. being worried in MINE.
However, Dr. Corsi did say on the Barbara Simpson show on KSFO last weekend that his work exposing HSBC has brought more requests for information from Washington, D.C. than any of his past investigations. He is concerned about how to protect his story and -- the way I heard it -- he is also concerned about protecting himself.

Not only threats of violence against the GS, SES, appointed, and elected government employees but also threats to stop payments to them. I bet. :)

It makes absolute sense that such influence as you describe exists. Otherwise such things would not be so universally common throughout history -- I recall a mild form of it.. Washington Times reporter Bill Gertz said during an interview on KSFO radio that the Chi-Coms require American corporations to do the lobbying for them (the Chi-Coms) if the corporations want to protect their investments in Red China. Those were not his exact words but I recall that he did say the corporations were required to do the lobbying for them (the Chi-Coms) . . . .
