There will be no Fifth Amendment Theater tomorrow of the Phoenix US Attorneys being forced to say their I-don't-wannas in front of the cameras, Mike Vanderboegh of Sipsey Street Irregulars files in an exclusive report today from Washington, DC.
There will be only one panel of one -- Eric Holder. This is viewed by many who have been following the investigation as a serious mistake. Said one, "More simple browbeating of Eric Eric Holder without dramatic new evidence to impeach his story is going to look petty, mean and impotent.
Perhaps. After all, House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform Chairman Darrell Issa has pledged We are still going to bring him forward in response to Chief of the Criminal Division in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Arizona Patrick Cunninghams decision to invoke his right not to self-incriminate after being subpoenaed to testify. And Issa has further demanded Justice stop blocking testimony from Cunningham underling Michael Morrissey. Advertisement
Compound this with a return shot from Committee Democrats attempting to absolve their administration allies, an outraged response from Sen. Chuck Grassley of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and yesterdays stunning, knives-are-out ultimatum by Issa to charge stonewalling Attorney General Eric Holder with contempt of Congress, and it would appear an opportunity to show the American people an ongoing cover-up happening before their eyes may be lost.
And perhaps not. Again, per Vanderboegh:

A lot of fur was flying starting with Gowdy -— at post 166.
Actually had started a bit before. Holder started to get really testy and whiny.
We have to go back over the testimony. I noticed Holder was parsing the words “Wide Receiver,” “Gunwalker,” and “Fast and Furious.” Congressmen couldn’t follow through as they would have wanted to (damn 5-min limit). Helped that Issa called a timeout to get the memo. IMO, They knew what Holder was doing, but they couldn’t keep up with him to really nail him.
I have to listen to this part of the hearing again to get a better understanding of how Holder thinks he can slip between the cracks with the use of these words.
Hmmm. Suppose they had tried very hard not to pass any memo that contained reference to both.
Go Mr. Kelly....here’s another one who calls it like it is...laying out how Holder is the incompetent tool that he is.
Hang tough, Issa! This is just heating up! :)
Kucinich talking.
Beam me up!
Munchkin Kookcinich is up.
kucinich kissing holders butt!
“Ahhh..okay?” (It was one of those, you had to see it to appreciate it)
“I prayed for you” translates into “Make sure you get my name right on the check”.
Dems are like commercials to me. Fast forward through them when I can cause I’m being manipulated to buy something I have no interest in.
Did Kucinich really just tell Holder that he was praying for him at this mornings prayer breakfast??
He better pray because this slime is going down...
Issa is one of the very few in D.C. that I have any trust in at all. I think he is actually trying to get to the truth.
Kucinich: “You must feel like Tom Hanks in the movie Groundhog Day”
Really? Tom Hanks? What a freaking embarassment.
FYI: Kucinich showing Key Charts 1) Key ATF Personnel; 2: Key DOJ Personnel
Kucinich: You must feel like Tom Hanks in “Groundhog Day.”
Idiot, it was Bill Murray.
He must have starred in the Venutian version of the movie.
Tom Hanks...LMAO!!!
I pray he can and those goons can be taken out and down!
Rep. Labrador biting a chunk out of Holder’s competence.
lol; I missed it all. was looking for his charts of the key people in ATF & DOJ.
praying for Holder & Tom Hanks? He’s baby-stepping.
