Media Blackout in Obama Georgia Ballot Eligibility Case

Last week, I noted that Obama turned his back not just on Arizona's Governor Jan Brewer, but also on the laws of the State of Georgia. I closed my column, "Georgia Ballot Challenge: Obama Walks on By," with the observation: "And most of the media has followed along right behind him."

At the time, I had just witnessed an historic hearing that actually discussed the eligibility of the sitting president of the United States to run for a second term. The president had been subpoenaed to appear, and instead of his attorney respectfully following protocol to have that subpoena recalled, both Obama and his attorney, Michael Jablonski, simply failed to show up at all or offer any defense whatsoever.

The Secretary of State of Georgia should now have no option except to remove obama's name from the ballot.

Most Conservatives don't realize that Georgia may be Obama’s best chance to win a state in the Old South.

Obama’s approval rating is 50% in Georgia.

Blacks and immigrants comprise close to 35% of voters in Georgia.

Depending on voter turn out, Obama could lose the white vote by 2 to 1 and still squeak out a majority.

We had a presidential election during the Civil War. I have heard various friends and family say that Clinton and Bush would cancel the election. I doubt Obama will, but would not be completely shocked if he did, contrary to the former POTUSes.

If it looks at all like Obama won’t win, Soros will crash the economy. Obama will throw Holder under the bus for Fast and Furious, adding more chaos to the riots.

Suspending the election will be “the best thing for the country”, and ignorant libtards will go right along with it.

The reason for the Court finding is straight-forward;

Section 1 of the United States Constitution, clearly states;

QUOTE No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; UNQUOTE

In Minor v. Happersett, the undisputed federal law clearly states;

QUOTE ...it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. UNQUOTE

Barack Obama Jr. claimed the birthplace of his father and repeated the claim in his book; Dreams From My Father;

QUOTE FROM Wikipedia: Barack Obama Sr. was born in Rachuonyo District on the shores of Lake Victoria just outside Kendu Bay, Kenya Colony, at the time a colony of the British Empire. UNQUOTE from Wikipedia.

Barack Obama Sr. never became a US citizen.

That would mean that Barack Obama Jr. is NOT a natural born Citizen of the US and therefore Barack Obama Jr. does not meet a key US Constitutional requirement to be President of the US.
