Obama’s approval rating is 50% in Georgia.

Blacks and immigrants comprise close to 35% of voters in Georgia.

Depending on voter turn out, Obama could lose the white vote by 2 to 1 and still squeak out a majority.

The reason for the Court finding is straight-forward;

Section 1 of the United States Constitution, clearly states;

QUOTE No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; UNQUOTE

In Minor v. Happersett, the undisputed federal law clearly states;

QUOTE ...it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. UNQUOTE

Barack Obama Jr. claimed the birthplace of his father and repeated the claim in his book; Dreams From My Father;

Barack Obama Sr. never became a US citizen.

That would mean that Barack Obama Jr. is NOT a natural born Citizen of the US and therefore Barack Obama Jr. does not meet a key US Constitutional requirement to be President of the US.

Call Rush, Levin, etc. After discussing whatever topic is flavor of the day, ask them point blank, why haven't you discussed the eligibility case in Georgia. There is an article in Canada Free Press that contends that ask the major Conservative talk show hosts were threatened with their jobs our worse should they discuss Obama’s eligibility. We need to provide cover for them. Something is very wrong.
