It was a really good one...Newt knocked it out of the park and hopefully Mitt 'Ford Dole McCain' Romney is going down!

His performance in this debate tells you why. He's an embarrassment. I cannot take anyone supporting Mr. Magoo seriously.
Weren't replies reduced to 90 seconds, supposedly giving others an advantage over Newt?
;)
Phonetically, it's lej-i-sla-shen. For some reason, Mitt says lettuce-lation.
Was it just me or did Romney and Paul get a lot more questions directed to them than did the other three?
Does anyone know at what time in this Newt really b****-slapped Juan Williams? I’m told that’s a must-see.
SC voters: If you liked Rick or Rick, THINK ABOUT THIS before voting.... Each congressional district will have 2 delegates given to the winner-take-all within the district (that's 14 delegates total) And Statewide, there will be 11 delegates given to the winner-take-all at the state level So let's assume Romney is still barely in 1st place in the polls just before the vote. Let's assume there is only ONE close NON-Romney in 2nd place (Newt). Maybe YOU would prefer Rick or Rick.... So, IF YOU Vote for Rick or Rick, you have most likely voted FOR ROMNEY because it is WINNER TAKE ALL!!!! The ONLY way to NOT give your delegates to ROMNEY is to consolidate all conservative votes behind the LEADING NON-ROMNEY |

It’s amazing how inarticulate this group is with the exception of Gingrich.
I wonder how long the GOP has been a soft Liberal party. I believe Reagan stole the party back from the Liberals ("moderates") in 1980. Eisenhower allowed taxes and government to grow crazily in the 50's. How far back do you have to go? I think sometime in the late 1800's/early 1900's, America found itself without a political party that would put America and its Christian, traditional values first. I think ever since then the GOP has put its own interests and political perpetuation ahead of what's best for America.
The country has withstood an amazingly long period of time without sustained organizational and institutional support. May God Himself continue to bless and uphold America against her enemies, within and without, until He returns for His own.
Later and thanks
Despite his faith in the effectiveness of his mendacity Obama knows he has a lousy record and having a televised event he cannot totally control and thus risking that record getting out to the dumb masses can only hurt him.
A smart Obama would rely on his billion and the MSM alone to control the message.
Nixon lost when he debated and won twice when he didn't—crooks learn from each other.
bump for later...Perry did so well I think I’ll watch it again.
I thought the part on Social Security was very instructive. Newt explained his plan which is similar to the one successfully used in Chile, then Santorum said we can’t afford it and later Romney agreed. I think Santorum and Romney like the Bob Dole plan for saving Social Security.
I watched it live last night. It is worth your while to see it if you have not.
Thank you for posting the debate.
Perry got in some good lines, Santorum did fine, and Gingrich showed why he is one of the best debaters in politics.

Thank You so much R_M, I missed it completely!
Why is it sooooooooooooo ^flying^ difficult to find an un-edited, un-redacted, not-pro-mitt/newt/RuPaul video of the Myrtle Beach debate online?????
All I want to do is view it and make my own conclusions but....NOOOOOOOOOOOO...somebody has to make me give them link-thru points to see portions of the debate.
Hell, even FNC has it hidden deep in the ether-bowels such that I don’t want to traverse the slimy journo-layers to get PORTIONS of the debate.
Please...someone give me a clean link to the 120 minutes of the debate so I can make my own conclusions!
Please.
I am going to read this whole thread and watch the video of the debate (thanks for the link), but I have a couple of questions I hope someone can answer. By the way, these questions are a result of a discussion on facebook with a friend of mine who unfortunately is a staunch liberal.
Q1 - Who are the people who were allowed to attend this debate? My friend says they booed gay soldiers and cheered the mention of uninsured people dying.
Q2 - Did Gingrich at any time say anything racial? I know some statements were interpreted by liberals as racial, but were they?
I appreciate any help anyone can give me. I’m sure sorry I missed this debate originally.
Thanks.
