The GOP Debate on FOX News will pit favorite Mitt Romney, Ron Paul, Rick Perry, Rick Santorum, and Newt Gingrich against each other for the first time since New Hampshire. As you know Jon Huntsman bowed out of the race earlier today. Bret Baier will moderate the debate.
It was a really good one...Newt knocked it out of the park and hopefully Mitt 'Ford Dole McCain' Romney is going down!

Ping for after work, thanks for the link!
His performance in this debate tells you why. He's an embarrassment. I cannot take anyone supporting Mr. Magoo seriously.
yes, I don’t understand why anyone would support Ron Paul as a whole candidate. Yes, he has done a lot for republicans in a sense that he does support true debt reduction...but that’s it...his views beyond that are dangerous, silly and really hard for any real conservative to hear.
I wish him the best as a congressman, but nothing more.
And yet they (RP supporters) vote...(sighhh!!!!!!)
Weren't replies reduced to 90 seconds, supposedly giving others an advantage over Newt?
;)
Phonetically, it's lej-i-sla-shen. For some reason, Mitt says lettuce-lation.
Was it just me or did Romney and Paul get a lot more questions directed to them than did the other three?
Does anyone know at what time in this Newt really b****-slapped Juan Williams? I’m told that’s a must-see.
I think it was around ten minutes before the end of the first hour.
SC voters: If you liked Rick or Rick, THINK ABOUT THIS before voting.... Each congressional district will have 2 delegates given to the winner-take-all within the district (that's 14 delegates total) And Statewide, there will be 11 delegates given to the winner-take-all at the state level So let's assume Romney is still barely in 1st place in the polls just before the vote. Let's assume there is only ONE close NON-Romney in 2nd place (Newt). Maybe YOU would prefer Rick or Rick.... So, IF YOU Vote for Rick or Rick, you have most likely voted FOR ROMNEY because it is WINNER TAKE ALL!!!! The ONLY way to NOT give your delegates to ROMNEY is to consolidate all conservative votes behind the LEADING NON-ROMNEY |

Best in debate against Obama? Posted on December 13, 2011 |
When Palin visited the Palmetto State in 2010 to endorse Nikki Haley for governor, she shot up from fourth to first place, eventually winning...Sarah, your country NEEDS you. We can honor your decision, if YOU choose to not run for this office, but a Mitt Romney nomination will be a DISASTER!!! You can turn this primary process into a victory for Conservatives! PLEASE schedule a visit to SC and strongly endorse and campaign for Newt Gingrich. Newt can defeat Obama, AND he will REVERSE the Obama nightmare. Romney has a HISTORY of supporting abortion, gay-marriage, higher taxes, and ObamneyCare. Romney will be easily defeated by Obama, and he would NOT reverse Obama's policies. PLEASE Sarah, help us win back this country!!! |

Ol' Uncle Retard got roundly booed on his foreign policy positions
PS Just to show how the CORRUPT, biased, Lame Stream Media--in bed with the Far Left--is working to insure no Conservative gets the nod, CNN has a poll (see Drudge) in which they "purport" to show Mittens and....wait for it....Paul are "tied with Dear Leader.
Bull sheet! No way this can be; there can NOT be that many ignorant and uninformed people in this country?
On second though, they did elect O'Bummer on 08.
Depressing.
Thanks, that got me in the ballpark. If you start at 9:51PM in their player with Ron Paul finishing up, you get Juan basically calling Newt a racist with his question, and Newt’s excellent response.
Good stuff, I’ve seen this story before from Gingrich. Perfect time to use it.
It’s amazing how inarticulate this group is with the exception of Gingrich.
The enemy for Conservatives can be (very easily) seen at an individual level ...all that a Conservative who can vote needs to do is get a mirror (or any clean reflective surface) and take a hard look! Conservatives can easily win the GOP nomination if they stood behind one Conservative candidate. They can also win against Obama when the General Election comes along. However, I think the thought of victory is anathema amongst Conservatives. I think that at some subconscious subliminal level Conservatives like being under Liberals. Like a beaten spouse! After all, throwing away clear victory over dogmatic arguments ('oh, so and so sat on a couch with this and that') clearly shows that. I think a president who would be FOR the USA (even though he sat on a couch with some lady years ago) is better than Obama!
Anyways, let everyone continue arguing and splitting the vote and hand it to Romney (i.e. hand it to Obama). I am certain Obama would never sit on a couch with Pelosi.
I wonder how long the GOP has been a soft Liberal party. I believe Reagan stole the party back from the Liberals ("moderates") in 1980. Eisenhower allowed taxes and government to grow crazily in the 50's. How far back do you have to go? I think sometime in the late 1800's/early 1900's, America found itself without a political party that would put America and its Christian, traditional values first. I think ever since then the GOP has put its own interests and political perpetuation ahead of what's best for America.
The country has withstood an amazingly long period of time without sustained organizational and institutional support. May God Himself continue to bless and uphold America against her enemies, within and without, until He returns for His own.
