And they got far less time for answering.
It seemed that Romney, especially, was allowed to take all the time he wanted for his answer and he and Paul could take their 'one minute' and then bounced back and forth with unlimited rebuttals.
Also, in the after debate interviews, played last night and this morning, they gave lengthy interviews to supporters/campaign workers for everyone - EXCEPT NEWT.
Their stated goal for the debate was to eliminate all but two candidates - seems evident they are determined to marginalize Newt - knowing he's their greatest threat.
I like Santorum - but he doesn't have the all-round experience and gravitas for the WH. This is not just another election. This is sink or swim for our country and our freedoms...
The 'enemies domestic' know this too. If they lose this election and Newt takes over - they will all be swept into the dustbins of history.
We better damn well get Newt the money he needs to fight NOW - it's not just HIS fight!
I'm an ole great granny, living on a pittance of SS - but came out of semi retirement to write my column so's I could set up a small monthly contribution to Newt on his web site.
