Frankly, I am surprised that the RNC/DNC/Media machine isn't heralding Nancy Pelosi or Malik Shabazz as the "Republican Frontrunner" right now.

It's all so disgusting at this point.

Here ya go - the truth about the ethics charges -

http://www.rightgrrl.com/carolyn/newt.html

the ONLY one they ‘got’ him on turned out, ultimately, to be untrue also - cleared by the IRS itself...
so after 3.5 years of trying to pin something on him - gotta give them an A for effort - every single charge was found to be without merit.

Excerpt: “... after a 3.5 year probe, after Newt paid the $300,000 fine, the IRS announced on February 3, 1999, that it found NO IMPROPRIETIES IN THE TAX FILINGS of Gingrich and the sponsoring Progress and Freedom Foundation. The IRS said the principles taught in the course were not of use only in political campaigns. “The ... course taught principles from American civilization that could be used by each American in everyday life whether the person is a welfare recipient, the head of a large corporation, or a politician.”

They should have been made to give him back the $300,000.

Gosh, were I Nanny - I’d be a bit afraid to kick the ‘ethics’ dog. They’re some sniffing around her feet...setting aside all the insider trading - what about taking her gov’t provided jumbo jet to Europe with a few hundreds of her friends and family for a junket on, think it was, global warming? And all the times she flew friends and family free on our dime? That’s just for starters.

The RNC needs to see the rock opera, Tommy. I feel like we’re in the closing scenes where the former followers start singing “We’re Not Gonna Take It.”

Could be wrong on this and should do my homework first but I don’t think Bachmann has introduced any legislation that passed. I do know she has a very poor attendence record and has missed many votes.

Newt said if he is the gop nominee..he will follow Obama all over the country and give a speech 4 hrs after Obama’s to clarify the facts. He is going AFTER ZERO...the other candidates are all go after each other.
Huntsman is a joke..talk about a rino! Paul is a libertarian and wacky as heck...Santorum couldn’t even win his own state of PA and Bachmann is a shrill...that leaves Newt or Mitt...take your pick.

I know that she said she would close our Embassy in Iran... and we haven’t had one since the Iranians captured and held hostage our embassy employees when Jimmy Carter was POTUS.

Gingrich has too many screw-ups. He might be the golden boy right now but there is no way he will pull it off against Obama. We need a strong moral savior that practices what he preaches. I'm beginning to think our next great leader will never happen because they've been aborted. God bless and protect the United States.
