GOP presidential candidate Michele Bachmann learned that protesters often come in adorable packages. A video captures the Minnesota congresswoman greeting 8-year-old Elijah and his mom at a signing event for Bachmann's book, "Core of Conviction: My Story," in South Carolina.
The candidate, who is an outspoken opponent of same-sex marriage, met her match with the soft-spoken, pint-sized activist. The video shows Bachmann leaning in to listen closely as the youngster whispers, "My mommy's gay, but she doesn't need fixing."

Homosexual marriage - same sex marriage - is against Natural Law. If two members of the same sex can get married, there is no reason on earth why blood kin cannot get married - say a father and daughter, brother and sister (hey, it was good enough for the Pharaohs!), or even mother and daughter. There is also no reason why groups can't get married - why restrict the numbers? Actually that was among the first demands of the homosexual activists - no limit on what sex or number of people in a "marriage" - that's factual. And of course in their same list of demands was REMOVAL of all age of consent laws, which brings us to children. And then there are those promoting bestiality as something fun that they like to do.
So once two men or two women getting married is accepted as fine and dandy, there is no reason anyone can come up with to stop the above mentioned groups/people etc from demanding their "rights".
There are many, many other reasons why two people of the same sex should not be able to legally marry. One of the main ones is children raised by mentally ill sex perverts have huge problems - drug use, alcohol abuse, they are more likely become homosexual themselves, suicide, can't relate to people, behavior problems, etc. And the huge elephant in the room - homosexuals are much more prone to molesting children than the general population.
really getting pissed off with these liberal trolls who push their homo, cross dressing crap on here, they get banned and then come back on here again trying to use the same stupid crap of an argument.
It’s like they are so thick they cannot understand that this is a conservative website, it states no homo pushing , the majority of the country does not want their agenda or their sham marriage, and yep states voting have proved this but they still come on here like little kids
There is unjust or wrong discrimination, and legitimate and beneficial discrimination. If a shop owner or manager refuses to sell goods to, for instance, an Orthodox Jew because he hates Jews, that is unjust and illegal. But to not want to associate with mentally ill sex perverts, or allow them to live out their sick fantasies that harm others (and yes they do harm others, especially children), then that is beneficial. In fact, a society that does not discriminate between Good and Evil is committing suicide, which is what we see in the headlines daily.
Ronulans aka Paultards are clogging the sewage lines, that’s one reason they’re thick lately.
what is the betting she got this kid to be used for her agenda
I have kids, my youngest is 8 and knows nothing about sex or about homosexuals.
My daughter is 10 and knows nothing
My oldest knows and as soon as he found out he said it made him feel sick that someone would want to kiss another man and have sex with him.
I asked about his friends and he said all of them find it sick and that those who do this have some mental problems
What kind of of a sicko would get an 8 year old and use them in their agenda about sex but then have someone saying they have no problem with an 8 year old knowing this?
It’s frigging sick and shows why some out there are dangerous to kids and sadly it is the kdis who suffer later in life.
they do on here what they do at the debates, polls etc.
They try and make it look like they is more of them , they use words like freedom but when you ask them about certain issues they can’;t answer because they know damn well they look like a complete lunatic.
I’ve told you this before but certain folk move from the north east and bring their liberal perverted ways with them when they move to their new state.
Agreed 100%
Really, people need to reflect back to that age. Geez...what... no-one can remember? Well I can and all I was concerned with was getting to go outside and play and run and jump.
You’re doing a GREAT job manc. Protect those babies as long as possible and the fact that your older son stated that the thought of a man kissing a man made him sick, shows that you’ve done an extrodinary job of showing him right from wrong. KUDOS!
God is surely weeping
OR
My Mommy got pregnant with me when she was a teenager and she didn't think it was punishment not to Abort me.
Does the term “fixed” mean changing Gays to Straight or rendering them incapable of bearing children?
I'm so confused... LOL
Whenever I visit the northeast (haven’t since 2000), I feel like a stranger in a strange land. I love the history there, the countryside, the old down towns. But I feel like a sore thumb - everyone practically speaking is insane!
Poor kid. At 8, he has no conception of how screwed his life is. He’ll find out soon enough. Pray for him and his mentally ill mother.
My 8 year old knows what gay is because my BIL is. My BIL, is gay, but he is for SMALLER government. If you met my BIL you wouldn't know he is gay.
He hates the child abuse scandal of Sandusky and pedolhilia, so do I.
BIL is a business owner, and he hates that 0 is trying to raise taxes on small
Most gays hate the way the media show gays, as you see at pride parade
Your brother-in-law sounds like a typical selfish liberal homosexual with self-interests that he thinks can only be satisfied by cherry picking aspects of conservative politics. And it sounds like you agree with him.
her husband's clinic is alleged to counsel gays that they can reform and not be gay. (or more accurately, NOT act out on their physical wants)
You would think the poor Gay guys were dragged off the street against their will rather than walking into the Clinic on their own because they were unhappy with their Gay lifestyle and wanted to change.
The Bizarro World, live it, love it, we're all on it...
Cherry Picking?? You do not know him... the only thing he is 'LIBERAL' is his love. He voted for Reagan in 1984 (when he became old enough to vote).
He goes to church - a CHRISTIAN CHURCH. He was in the Gulf War. He started his business without the help from the government. He hates how the MSM portrays gays on the news -- especially during pride parade.
I'm sorry if you disagree, but I doubt the GOP will survive. I'm first a FISCAL CONSERVATIVE with a STRONG ATTITUDE that the CONSTITUTION should be scaled back to the BILL OF RIGHTS!!
Government on all levels recognizes marriage, and gay marriages have government financial repercussions you may not have thought of. They add to the already out of control government deficits. Say, for example, that two homosexual males, X and Y, decide to get married, that X is a government employee and Y is not. Y then can get on X's government medical plan. And Y, as a homosexual, is, because of his lifestyle, statistically likely to incur several times the medical expenses of a heterosexual spouse. It's you the taxpayer who will be on the hook for the added expense.
Similarly for other government benefits that ordinarily accrue to spouses, and there are undoubtedly many of them. My guess is that these multiple implications haven't been thoroughly studied as of now.
Then, too, the "married" couple might pay less taxes legally because of their "married" status. Ordinarily, this is accepted for heterosexual couples because marriage serves a very important benefit to the social order, whereas the same can hardly be said of homosexual "marriage". However, for gay "marriages" this can be considered as an unjustified shifting of the tax burden.
Expect to see wide coverage of this caper in the MSM; undoubtedly it will be spun to disparage Bachmann, when in fact she said nothing, and should have said nothing, in reply to the boy's remark.
