The allegations towards accused Penn State pedophile Jerry Sandusky continue with his grandson now coming forward with claims of sexual abuse.
A complaint was filed against the former assistant coach by the wife of one of his adopted sons, Matt Sandusky with Pennsylvania's Children's and Youth Services, his lawyer told ABC News.
“The allegations are ridiculous and unfounded. Jerry has absolutely denied any inappropriate contact with his grand kids.” Sandusky's attorney Joseph Amendola said.
Sandusky's daughter-in-law filed for a restraining order after his November 5 arrest to prevent her children from sleeping over.

Penn State "investigated" him and miraculously found no problem with a faculty member who corrupts the entire scientific enterprise by outright lying for money and position. Same school who cleared Michael Mann also winked at the pedophile for years. "Nothing to see here..."
Are pedophiles born that way like gays claim they are or are preferences chosen? That’s likely to be his trial claim. “I can’t help who I love” the rationale for ending ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’. Dumbing deviancy down.
Most of them are “made” as children when they are themselves abused. It’s a chain pathology. That’s why they have to be outed and stopped ASAP. Each child that is molested is a potential abuser as an adult.
What if he hasn’t changed... but has found others to take advantage of and is still doing it now? He should be caught (or checked out at least) somehow without involving the female and her brother.
Sandusky was caught in the act by a man who had previously respected him. Comparing Cain to this is beyond absurd.
I just hope everyone had a chance to read the Huff Po article about the tribulations of the mother of Victim 1. The high school he was attending was more interested in protecting Sandusky and their own “football program” over protecting their students from this predator. My only hope is that the “educators” here ( who have essentially committed perjury in their Grand Jury testimony) loose both their jobs and all their personal wealth when it is all over.
Trust me...the local sheriff is aware of his past...as is his current family.

Maybe it is because he has a constitutional right to reasonable bail. Don't misunderstand me; I think he is guilty as hell, but he is still entitled to reasonable bail.
I think the bail should be for a much higher amount and that he should be subject electronic monitoring.
I agree, a bulllet to the head followed by placement in the nearest dumpster. No funeral, no cemetary. He simply ceases to exist.
The only argument against this is that the perp would have no reason to leave the victim alive.
All the county judges recused themselves.

If by “electronic monitoring” you mean having his testicles tethered to a car battery with a pair of jumper cables, then, yes, I too am fully supportive of electronic monitoring.
