By their comments on the page, looks like being pro-life, pro-family, pro-gun, pro-constitution, pro-limited government, pro-liberty is an extreme position for the readers of Fox News Nation. Strange, it matches up pretty closely to the official GOP party platform. People with these views used to be called patriotic Americans.

Well guess we'll just have to be happy as gun-toting, bible-thumping, bitterly clinging extremists. I've been called worse. Karl Rove, FOX & Co, can shove their RINO du jour where the sun don't shine!!

If Free Republic was so unimportant, they Romney campaign would not even mention it.

First Politico, and now Fox News, nice.

Just as long as they spell your name right. :)

Thank you Jim Rob. I hope conservatives can choose their own candidate and not the liberals/lame stream media/ows people.

Hey the message is loud & clear: “Jim Thompson” is too important to ignore.

And I say GOOD to the HairHelmet supporters going away —I’m with the urban pizza guy, *all the way*, yup...!

Bring on the paid feminist liars —I LOVE IT..!

Why don’t we simply take up a collection to pay Romney to change his principles to match ours? He’s been happy to change them the past. I don’t see why he wouldn’t do it again.

In an email to POLITICO this afternoon, Robinson admitted that the site routinely blocks Romney supporters from posting -- and offered no apologies for the practice:

At least they used the word "admitted." Instead of "confessed," a la Barbara Boxer.

Wow, they just caught up with the story from Mittens site?

They get their news from bloggers... What a waste of J school money.

I commented on the site as soon as I saw it.

I told them their slander probably lost them the ‘huge amount’ Mitt supporters they had for attacking the site.

Sneaky, nasty folks.

Romney Supporters Banned From Free Republic

Misleading headline. Romney propagandists have been banned with ruthless efficiency and all of the mercy they deserve (which is none). But there are still quite a few Romney supporters and leaners here on the site.

As for me, no Romney. Not now. Not ever. I will vote 3rd party or leave the line blank rather than be an obedient GOP slave to the so-called "moderates".

Fox News has been steadily moving left for a few years. They only appear conservative to the loons watching MSNBC. There is an opening for a conservative news network on the cable system.

Who will be the next conservative Roger Ailes?

I still find it funny how many are shocked that a private website freely chooses to include the content it wants and exclude content it doesn’t want. I haven’t seen gardening threads on motortrend forums or welding threads at egullet.

Good for you Jim. So many of us are so SICK AND TIRED of more of the same. Ever since Reagan, all of our nominees have been RINOS.

ENOUGH of settling for the guy who's only somewhat better than the liberal dem.

for the record, i will not vote for romney in the texas republican primary. however, i will vote for the republican that is chosen to run against obama. i simply can't stay home and take a chance on 4 more years of the continued destruction of the usa by the current regime.
