OccupyWallStreet - Not
Myself

A little tourists' cornucopia from the big, bad OccupyWallStreet thingey. I took the images below on my way to work this morning - discarded most of 'em cause they were just too pathetic - and thought I'd share them. My absolute fave is that earnest-looking upper middle class white kid in the bottom 4 pix (my "vignettes") - especially the last one, where he's so neatly folding his Buzz Lightyear towel - probably still smells like the Downy fabric softener mommie used when she washed it for him.
Please feel free to borrow as you wish, and to editorialize as you wish - but only so long as you isolate, polarize, and ridicule.
Lastly, just a warning - these pics are the small(er) versions of my originals. If you click on one, it will open up a larger version in a new window. Be forewarned, however: the larger files are about 1.1MB to 1.4MB in size.

Too many law schools essentially defrauding students and the federal taxpayer to milk the “free money” from the student loan program; sending out newly-minted lawyers who have so much debt on their banks that they cannot get rid of (not even in bankruptcy, generally speaking), that they have to charge outrageous fees and therefore cannot afford to be a “profession” any longer in the real sense of the word, and have become, instead, nothing more than a grotesquely bloated industry.

not only that, but law professors, who are refugees from the real world, teach such useless PC junk to these heads full of much that they go out into the real world with no clue how to earn a living or represent a client.
The look to TV drama pablum and think it really works that way.

Some do; others, particularly those who were pre-1960s (sadly, they are mostly retired by now), did not, and instead taught very good, practical legal skills along with really strong jurisprudence.

Ok, campers, I know it's been a while - some of us actually have to work for a living y'know (of course you do, it's the useful idiots at the Romper Room Revolt who don't realize that you're supposed to work to support yourself) - but I do have some more pics from the "front lines" as it were:
First, confirmation from my little twitter source the other day of the politburo meeting at Trinity Church, there's "Brendan" - nice tats "Brendan"!! - and then there's a shot of the Politburo in session:
Seems to me, if this church is getting into partisan politics by harboring one side, then perhaps it's time their tax-exempt status was questioned?
Next are some of the "useful idiots" who make up the bulk of the Romper Room Revolt - gullible young sheep being herded by the cadre of hard-core leftists ("Brendan" seems like the type, don't he?):
Now, this first one is my favorite, not only does she have the wrong protest (this is about Wall Street, not about Ronald Reagan), but she has the wrong era, and - heck - the wrong century, too; talk about one clueless "useful idiot":
Then we have the usual babes-in-the-woods Romper Room set:
My Lord, check out that last fool; can you imagine how wiped out he'd be if he actually had to work for a living instead of being a parasite on society?
Now, we all know that it feels like this farce had dragged on for years. Well, here's proof that it actually has; this guy was a babe in swaddling clothes when he first showed up here in Zuccotti Park. Too bad his mind never grew up as well:
This one I'm not even sure I should be showing you - in case my homie grassfire from DU shows up - because I don't know about you, but that looks like a Gadsden Flag behind this guy. With the hoodie pulled down low, I think we might have a TEA Party infiltrator here!
Finally, we just have to ask:
You just never know, do you?

Thanks for the PING on the status of the NYC OBAMAVILLE. Any new stated reasons for their motives?

BTW Beckett08 was found to be a troll and banned the other day.
No need for them to be on the ping list and job well done today, nothing like seeing these idiots living in their stench and moaning they have no job when they are not looking for one.

Sorry, I should probably have been clearer. Some of the protest-monkeys apparently thought it would be “kewl” if they wore those “Hello my name is ___________” badges; the skinhead in the picture wrote “Brendan” on his, so that’s his name for the time being.

GREAT thread, Oceander. Don’t know how I’ve missed it until tonight. Your photos and commentary are both instructive and entertaining. Much appreciated!

Ok happy campers! Now, as you know, I, unlike the OWS parasites, actually have to work for a living - it'd be nice to have my own trust fund like that Edward T. Hall III OWS protest-money has - so I can't always get you as many snapshots from the OWS "safari" as you'd like. Nonetheless, I thought I would share two of my favorite pix with you now; hopefully the captions are self-explanatory:
I guess this guy's trying to snag some of those pro-Rick Perry voters, eh?
Enjoy!

Great work, Oceander! Wow, you could publish a book about the smelly Flea Baggers in Zuccotti Park... love your fantastic photos and captions! (Glad I can't smell 'em through my computer screen, LOL)
Thanks for keeping me updated via your ping list.
