Too many law schools essentially defrauding students and the federal taxpayer to milk the “free money” from the student loan program; sending out newly-minted lawyers who have so much debt on their banks that they cannot get rid of (not even in bankruptcy, generally speaking), that they have to charge outrageous fees and therefore cannot afford to be a “profession” any longer in the real sense of the word, and have become, instead, nothing more than a grotesquely bloated industry.
not only that, but law professors, who are refugees from the real world, teach such useless PC junk to these heads full of much that they go out into the real world with no clue how to earn a living or represent a client.
The look to TV drama pablum and think it really works that way.
Once again, you are the subject of a DU thread: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=439x2092157#2092186
Sorry if this has already been posted, but, I just popped in after seeing this thread at DU. I was out celebrating the 80th birthday of the father God chose to give me to.
But, I would shake your hand, and make you the best batch of homemade spaghetti and meatballs given the chance to meet you. Keep it up!
