Republican Rep. Paul Gosar of Arizona told The Daily Caller the Obama administration officials responsible for Operation Fast and Furious might be accessories to murder.
Were talking about consequences of criminal activity where we actually allowed guns to walk into the hands of criminals where our livelihoods are at risk, Gosar said in a phone interview. When you facilitate that and a murder or a felony occurs, youre called an accessory. That means that theres criminal activity.
Gosar said the government should be held to the same standard as everyone else. Fast and Furious weapons were used to kill U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry, as well as scores of Mexican citizens, and he thinks that administration officials should be held accountable.
We impugn the private sector, we impugn main street America, and the bureaucracy cannot be held to any different standard whatsoever, Gosar told TheDC. They [the Justice Department and ATF officials] intentionally intentionally violated the law.

fuhgedaboudit. the media is already reading the fax connecting it to...who else?
Yeah, OK. Let’s see it. You’re all spineless amoebas and will let Agent Terry’s family suffer without justice.
He’s right!
I’m currently in Phoenix on a job and the local news is in a frenzied meme that Bush did it too.
I do believe we are approaching a constitutional crisis.
Can someone please explain to me how “Fast and Furious” was supposed to work? As I understand it, the ATF allowed guns to reach drug cartel criminals in Mexico ostensibly for the purpose of tracking the guns? I just don’t get it. What were they allegedly trying to do with this program? Did the guns have GPS’ in them or something?
You think Chicago mobsters are just going to take it as “Oh. Ok. You got us.”
Of course they’re going to claw down Bush and anyone else they can take down.
As another poster pointed out yesterday.
Obama arms the cartels in return for campaign cash and the added benefit of turning the public against the 2nd amendment.
Pretty simple when you think about it, no?
I'm not so sure that has been proven publicly yet. Am I wrong?
SF Chronicle Story Repeats AP 'Fast & Furious' Misinformation
No! there was no GPS system tracking the guns...there was no agents tracking the weapons once they went over the border...that’s the problem or scheme going on with F&F! It made no sense (for conservatives) unless the Administration was trying to blame 2nd amendment rights in the U.S. as the cause for violence in Mexico. An agent even refused to obey orders to leave the area from his head superior when he knew that certain weapons were about to go across the border - this agent was told to stand down and allow them to go (walking)!!!
Weapons found and used against Terry on the scene were F&F weapons - the ATF agent who blew the whistle explained that when he found out that one of the weapons used to killed Terry was a F&F weapon that’s when He and other agents were angry and came forward
Can someone please explain to me how Fast and Furious was supposed to work?
+++++++++++++++
First you should understand that F&F worked exactly as planned - guns sold to straw buyers with FBI and ATF approval traveled to the Mexican cartels with no tracking by the U.S.Government.
That was the plan - It worked.
So, for what purpose was this done? The simple answer: So the Government could leverage this uncontrolled flow of weapons to demand even more stringent gun laws.
So when you hear that F&F was BOTCHED don’t believe it. Operation Fast and Furious was UNCOVERED. That’s the truth of the matter.
Two things, I believe. A: When the crimes were committed by the drug cartel henchmen, the guns could then be traced right back to American gun dealers, this for the sole purpose of then creating a climate where more “gun control” could be done at the federal level. B: Create additional chaos in Arizona, a red state.
Thank you.
The Obama administration illegaly sold firearms to known drug cartels and other criminals in violation of both US and Mexican law that later killed US citizens including US federal agents and Mexican citizens including Mexican federal agents.
