No offense, but that fact is only important in establishing what crime to accuse the person of and in sentencing. The fact is not very relevant regarding innocence of guilt, other than it being what they are being accused of.
I’m just being academic here. I don’t know “how” guilty she was, since I was not in the court room.
There was no DNA of her’s or the boyfriend of one week in there.
There was the DNA of the murderer who got 16 years.
They still wanted her after the murderer was caught. Originally the killer said no one was with him, as the prosecutor kept getting together with the killer the story evolved bits at a time till he said the other two were in on it. Pure garbage.

The prosecutor in the case was found guilty of charges in Italy and was allowed out on bail awaiting appeal and still had the nerve to continue in this case since his heas is on the chopping block.

What is it with October 3?
October 3, 1995 - OJ found not guilty (murder).
October 3, 2008 - OJ found guilty (robbery).
October 3, 2011 - Foxy Knoxy found not guilty (murder).
No she was found guilty of slander for those accusations. Had she not have already served 4 years she would still be in prison for that.
The marijuana part happens, just probably not with her.
