Every hour, Redstate takes a punch at Palin supporters and I don’t want it disappeared down the memory hole.
Erik Erikson, Redstate’s Editor in Chief, has an obsessive hatred of Governor Sarah Palin. Erikson has become, essentially, the new mouthpiece of the Cocktail Party GOP establishment — what Governor Palin calls “the permanent political class” — and is truly obsessed with beating the drum that the Governor cannot enter the presidential race for 2012.
Meanwhile…Erikson and his fellow sexists at Redstate make no similar remarks about Chris Christie, Donald Trump, or other males who are currently strategizing on the sidelines awaiting the best opportunity to make political moves of their own.
Governor Palin has a plan. She’s had a plan for at least three years now. 2012 is her best chance at winning the presidency and she well knows it. Everything she’s done has been to run the most unconventional campaign in American political history because she knows she’s up against not just the Left, the media, the Obama White House, and villains like George Soros…but she’s up against the Cocktail Party GOP establishment and guys like Erik Erikson as well.
She will not play by their rules or adhere to their timetables. She will do things her way, AND SHE WILL WIN.
In 2008, Chris Matthews, Tim Russert, and Keith Olbermann teamed up to demoralize and berate Hillary Clinton’s supporters in the Democrat primaries to push Obama towards the presidency.
In 2011, Erik Erikson has either been assigned, or has presumed, this role in the 2012 Republican primaries…but this time the woman that’s targeted is Governor Sarah Palin and the objective is to demoralize and berate HER supporters.
I wonder if Erikson drives a red, flashy sports car. Traditionally, that’s how guys with small penises compensate; though, in Erikson’s case, he does have Redstate at his disposal, so chest-thumping like he’s doing today, in an aggressive and repetitive assault on Governor Palin’s supporters, must be how this man asserts “No, really, I have an at least average sized penis. Really. Don’t believe anything you’ve heard or assume anything from the way I behave myself. Really. It’s not microscopic at all, and it’s almost fully functioning”.
For some reason, I’m not surprised that a guy like Erik Erikson in the Cocktail Party GOP establishment sports a shriveled up Vienna sausage and feels the need to compensate for it in the most childish way imaginable.
Whatever respect I had left for Redstate since Erikson took his gig at CNN is now forever gone.
Every hour on the hour he’s, very brattily, excoriating Governor Palin’s supporters shouting “She’s not declared yet!”.
I have news for Erik “baby dick” Erikson: Governor Palin will indeed declare her candidacy, precisely on the day Governor Palin chooses to.
It will more likely than not be after the October 18th GOP debate…since every debate men like Rick Perry lose more steam and the Governor benefits from not being the sole center of attention she knows she will be the moment she declares.
The Governor learned volumes from what men like Erikson did to Hillary Clinton and her supporters in the 2008 race. She is not repeating any of Hillary’s mistakes, and is stalking the GOP race like the master huntress she is.
Erikson is beclowning himself today and having quite a tantrum. His shortcomings are bared for all to clearly see.
Can someone please document it, so we can all call him out on this sometime after October 18th and show what an abject fool he’s made of himself today?

Sometimes I feel that it's nothing less than a craven submission to real evil. I really mean that.
I simply find it astounding that any so-called conservative could (or would) habitually, and intentionally demean a person of Palin's sterling character as some posters here have done for so long. It simply boggles the mind.
I can understand a person having policy disagreements with her, or being doubtful about her entering the race. That's fair, and I don't have a single problem with people who want to discuss those things.
But something is out of order with a person who tracks down every single discussion of a given political figure, for the sole purpose of posting demeaning, derogatory comments about them. Especially when that political figure is someone who is the very embodiment of patriotic, conservative principles.
He is not debating any of Palins policies that she has articulated. He is simply throwing insults and it serves no purpose other than to inflame.
I'd like to hear his reason why he believes he has the right to insult other adults because he disagrees with them.

As I said — the irony is palpable.
And why do you believe that MY free will choices are ANY of your damn business.
Really? Is it? No one I know prays to her, or puts her above God, or considers her anything other than a gifted patriot who has the blessing of God and therefore offers a real opportunity to beat back the Marxist insurgency occupying our White House. And no one I know regards her as perfect or above legitimate criticism.
Idolatry is a serious charge, and you should not make it lightly. There is another commandment that forbids us to bear false witness against our neighbor (and our fellow FReepers). If some are deluded into thinking that electing Sarah would by itself solve all our problems, without reference to God, then I would say you had a point. But I have many, many Palinstas for friends, and I don't know a one who displaces the true God with Palin. God is the judge of all hearts, but I have not seen it.
I take that back. Once I did see it, and the person turned out to be a faker and a troll. They appeared to have the same misunderstanding you do, but instead of criticizing it (which I would surely do, just like you, if I saw it), he embraced it and assumed it would help him infiltrate the group (on Facebook). He was doubtless caught off guard by our vigorous rejection of his sacrilegious attitude. He probably never expected to get bounced from the group for loving Sarah “too much.”
Oh. My. Word.
So that's it. You're just off your nut. You're obsessed with Sarah Palin beyond any healthy measure. You're clinical, boy. Run, don't walk, to seek help.

You're abusing this forum, freedumb, and it needs to stop.
Confounding her rivals as well as her enemies. Forcing the left to maintain their anti-Palin vigil on many fronts. Using the anticipation (Will she or won't she?) to wear them down.
Forcing her GOP rival's staffers to plan for multiple contingencies and commit scarce resources to those plans.
Not allowing the LSM a clear, issue or action based target to attack. She's leaving them only generalities (We hate her because we hate her!). This will only further alienate the LSM with reasonable voters and work to Sarah's advantage.
Allowing the herd to be thinned down by the debates to the last few standing (an essential part of the vetting process, to smoke out the closets full of skeletons). Who has faced more minute scrutiny than she? When Sarah enters the fray I believe her poll numbers will shock the competition.
I think we're seeing a guerrilla campaign here. I know she CAN do it. I pray she WILL do it. If I'm wrong than I'm wrong, but I truly think that it is HER TIME.

DJ MacWow your small dissertation on free will is at the heart of what’s going on right now. Any politician who doesn’t take free will into account is wrong on policy and wrong on principle.
