Last night I wrote my thoughts on just what might possibly be going on in the Palin camp (which we know is comprised of Sarah and Todd):
Have you watched her interviews over the past few months? The commentary she uses to defer the “BIG question” is either, “still contemplating the huge life-changing decision” or more famously – “do I need a title to make a difference?”
It seems to me these statements are more like her “I can’t announce right here and now” rebuttal – and it’s absolutely brilliant. She keeps the world guessing, gives the media the runaround, and formulates a strategy to give her competitors the shock of their life.
The purpose of this verbiage is to create an atmosphere for complete and total surprise. It’s her “poker face,” her “expressionless face,” a face without any interpretable expression – as that of a good poker player, someone who doesn’t show any emotion of reaction so that people don’t know what they are planning.
Tonight Governor Palin spoke with Judge Napolitano on the Fox Business Channel. When asked about her plans for 2012 she replied, “You know, I hold my political cards close to my chest, I’ve certainly learned lessons along those lines and I’m going to continue to do that until I’m ready to make an announcement – this is a serious decision and I’m engaged in serious deliberations and within the next 24 hours don’t look for me to make a decision.”
All I have to say is, remind me never to play a hand of poker with the Governor.

Nine out of ten Freepers reading this thread know that I and others have done our level best to have reasoned conversations with you about Governor Palin over the last year, and that you have steadfastly refused to offer anything more than ridicule, ad hominem, and liberal talking points.
Now, at the 11th hour, when it appears that Palin might actually step into the race, you're suddenly attempting to take the high road, and proclaiming that you are the only person in the room who's offering any facts, logic, or reasoned analysis about her.
It's apparent that your obsession with Palin has become a real psychological issue with you. Forgive me if I don't leap right in to hash over the same things I've tried to tell you for a solid year now.
Until then, just know, your post was really, really, really dumb......your shrink will understand.

Gov. Palin ain’t running, her hesitation has been a bad thing and all you and yours whining, crying, inventing, playing the race card (oh, I mean the PDS card), won’t change reality.
I now leave your thread for you and your echo-chamber buddies to high-five each other for yelling louder than anyone in the room and thus, “winning.” I defy you to point to a post that is deeper than “FD, we don’t like what you is saying!”

I think we may be onto something. We all joke about PDS, but freedumb may just be one of the first confirmed clinical cases of this malady.

Perry had 10 years as governor to "hone" his "speaking skills". His speaking performance at the debate was pathetic.
I just had another Freeper call me a xenophobe and tell me all ‘right thinking people’ should be disgusted with me when I pointed out Illegals kill and rape people people in a hypothetical example.

You need to pay more attention. The filing deadline for the Florida Primary is October 31, not "early November", and Florida is one of the 800 pound gorillas.

Palin supporters keep bringing up "high name recognition" which, in Palin's case, is up to 99% in some polls. However, high name recognition and high negatives, like Palin has, is the WORST POSSIBLE COMBINATION that a candidate can have.
A "High Name Recognition + High Negatives" candidate needs as much time as possible to change public opinion but Palin spends her time preaching to her choir.
He had no time to hone them...too many illegals to tax/pay to educate, LaRaza/Acorn events to attend and border fences to stop.

And she strings along her supporters, to their detriment. And the hesitation of her admission she won’t run is detrimental to Conservatives.

You don't support Palin for president so why the hell do you even care? Go find a candidate that is willing to do things according to your timetable.
