Spokeswoman for Nevada’s Joint Information Center, Lesley Henrie has just confirmed that Eduardo Sencion, 32, the man who on Tuesday, killed five people, including himself yesterday in a shooting spree at a Carson City IHOP is a Mexican national in the country on a valid passport.
Sencion reportedly opened fire outside the restaurant, then walked inside and continued to shoot.
Three of those killed were members of the Nevada National Guard, and there is a great deal of speculation on whether or not they were targeted because they were in their uniforms.
There was also a 67-year-old woman killed in the attack.

However, if family knew this guy REALLY had mental problems, they could be facing numerous Civil suits for not being more careful with his actions.
IF he was living on SS disability- why did he have his own residence in Carson City instead of living with family in S Lake Tahoe??? Pretty costly when you are living on disability.
The word is he was drawing SSDI for his mental illness !
I Live 35 miles from Carson City.
All reports here say he had an AMERICAN passport & that he was born in Mexico in 1979, I think. There hasn’t been any info about how he got American passport & got accepted here as a citizen...especially if he has mental problems & isn’t productive.

Perp walked into the IHOP in the front door- past all the other patrons & to the very back of the area, where this group & another were holding a ‘breakfast meeting’.
I think he was deliberate in that action. VERY deliberate.
National Guard has been helping N Calif sheriff’s to raid & remove THOUSANDS of Marijuana plants in the forests & parks there. Some of the illegals manning these grow farms are being caught. Those forests spill over into Nevada & there are grows there, also.
Did this guy have ties to those grows & was pissed because Guard personnel were helping to shut down their operations??? More questions.
