Palin: 'More power to Rick Perry' By: Alexander Burns August 18, 2011 03:16 PM EDT |
Sarah Palin, who said once again today that she's still open to a 2012 presidential bid, tells Fox News's Megyn Kelly that she's on Team Perry when it comes to the Federal Reserve:
“More power to Rick Perry for calling it like he saw it, and the president in his typical reactionary way, did elevate Rick Perry and what it is that he had to say. And what Rick Perry had to say is what I wrote about 10 months ago, about quantitative easing and how monetizing our debt and printing more money in order to, essentially, devalue our dollar and devalue the problem that we’re facing today, with the debt that’s being incurred. What Rick Perry was talking about is what many of us have been talking about for many, many months, and that is the danger of, now, a QE3 program being put into place. And you know, he used some of that rascal type of rhetoric that he uses there in Texas and evidently the president took some issue to that. But it’s evidence, too, though, of our president’s arrogance, unfortunately, to tell a presidential candidate what to say, what not to say.”

Amen ALL republican candidates should be exposing by speaking clearly that the Democrat party is a criminal enterprise..
Rick Perry is only speaking the obvious..
Ron Paul is the NOT the only one over the target anymore.. (getting FLAK)
Captain Obvious from Texas has stopped mumbling and is speaking clearly.. like Newt... <<-trying to be relevant..
The others had better start speaking UP or become Irrelevant

Maybe. But it definitely proves she has enough class to not bash the other candidates when she hasn’t made the decision to run or not.

Hubby likes him, I’m still not sure. He was for Bachmann before Perry got in.

Well there ya go then. This proves it. Sarah is NOT RUNNING. And she has endorsed Rick Perry. ....Moving on.... Well, it hasn't happened yet, so a potential Palin-Perry or Perry-Palin ticket remains in play.

Classy. I repeat: when Sarah is on her game, she’s Thatcherite.
To: ProudFossil
Either ticket would impossible to beat. Didn’t sarah say or imply that if she runs she will announce her veep before the nomination? Or was that just a rumor?

I think they’re the two strongest candidates by far, and like you, I could support them both as a ticket.

Well, Perry may not be so bad. But you have to admit, Sarah was there first and said it in a way that Bernanke wasn’t going to swing from a tree limb. Sarah is a double bladed knife, she defends and guts at the same time.

I agree. From what Rush said today it appears that the Republican establishment does not like Perry. That makes me like Perry even more.

Classy. I repeat: when Sarah is on her game, shes Thatcherite. America's very own Iron Lady!
To: Blood of Tyrants
I don’t think she is going to bash the other candidates even if she does run. And as far as I know, Perry has not done that either. I think if she runs Perry and Palin are going to focus on bashing Obama and his commie admin and the others better start bashing bambi hard too if they want to keep up.

She is of course talking about his freedom of speech on the matter. Although I suspect that some overly zealous individuals will try to manipulate the facts to meat their own ends.
That's actually a pretty despicable human trait...

Yes indeed....nice ticket regardless the order....
But deep down in my heart....I really would like to see Palin go head-to-head with TOTUS.....it would end worse for the President than it did for the turkey on Thanksgiving a few years back....
