FORMER DIRECTOR’S CALENDAR RELEASED UNDER OPEN RECORDS LAW, BUT REQUEST FOR CURRENT DIRECTOR’S CALENDAR “DENIED IN ITS ENTIRETY”
On July 23, 2011, The Post & Email mailed a request to Loretta Fuddy, Director of the Hawaii Department of Health, under the state’s open records, or UIPA, law.
Our request was received by the Hawaii Department of Health on July 28, 2011 and responded to on August 3, 2011 as having been “denied in its entirety.” The reason for the denial given was “Director Fuddy’s personal calendar is not a government record within the scope of HRS §92F-3, See OIP Opinion 04-17.” The calendar was sought because a member of the public had been told that Fuddy was “on leave” and had “left the island” when calling to inquire as to whether or not Fuddy intended to comply with a subpoena issued by the U.S. District Court in Honolulu in relation to the lawsuit Taitz v. Astrue. The Post & Email was told by an Oahu resident acquainted with certain employees in the Health Department that Fuddy had been gone for a few days but had been in her office during the weeks of July 18 and July 25, 2011.
On August 8, 2011, Taitz and two document experts arrived at the Health Department but were denied access to Obama’s original birth certificate and instead given a letter stating that the documents requested would not be produced for inspection, citing “privacy” laws.....

I see. But if Zero has produced what he says is a legit copy of the original now, why would he not want anyone to inspect and compare? There should be nothing left to hide?
I just can’t get around the fact that zero hid the bc for so long and then released it, with nothing damning on it. It just doesn’t make sense to me. I don’t profess to know what zero is hiding, but I believe the copy he released is just as fake as the first one.
I respect Orly for effort, I wish she’d have teamed up with a more knowledgeable attorney...

It is a judgement call that I made from his actions which I explained to you. Now can I get on with my life or do you wish to rub it in some more.
I have no more proof than did Trump when he made his statement, but I will not lie and say I have investigators over at Trumps house.

Even though it is probably closer to the actual truth, Barry’s sitting on FMD’s shoulders @ the Elvis concert was completely made up, just as Barry sitting on Stan Dunham shoulder’s watching “astronauts, in aviator glasses” was completely made up.
The State had a “duty” to object? I subpoena and obtain state records almost every week. The state has never filed a Motion to Quash or for seek a protective Order. The opposing party may do that but not the State.
The state (specifically, the HDoH) was the party being subpoenaed. The records under subpoena are protected by state privacy laws. As the custodian of those records, the state had a duty to object to Orly’s subpoena because she does not meet the exceptions listed in the privacy laws.
IMO you are correct, but some want proof he made it up, Some think Trump is an honest candidate for President.
Some are dumb as a stump.
