So long as TOE is the standard for this nation we will never end the ‘state’ as god. Look who is first in line to get handouts to survive? Why the ministers of TOE of course. TOE is in complete opposition to ‘all men/women’ are created equal. TOE methodology is the exact policy/process being used to enslave US and the majority have slept through the devolution.

What's your opinion about teaching the theory of evolution in public schools? I think the basics of a variety of the world's religions ought to be taught in school, including evolution.

If we evolved from apes why are they still here? case closed Some (not me) will merely respond with something similar as this: "You have aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers, sisters, grand parents, etc., don't you?" And expect you to infer that's why our common ancestors still exist.

What part of the theory of evolution states that we evolved from apes?

Abolish government schoolsproblem solved. That would solve a whole lot of problems. I can't see it happening but would love to see it.

Creationism = Life
Evolution = Existing life changes and adapts
Therefore, Creationism is required before Evolution. Creationism is the spark, Evolution is the fire caused by the spark.

I think it should be a priority only behind all those subjects that kids aren't learning today: reading, writing/grammar, basic math skills, American history, basic geography, etc.

I think the part I saw on an after school program The program probably said apes and humans share a common ancestor. Not that it's true but that's probably what the program contained.

Just get rid of the Dept. of Education like Reagan wanted so we can stop having these stupid arguments.
Schools are teaching "gay history" instead of math, science, & tech courses like programming & robotics...
To: Dominic01
Let them teach it. The more they teach evolution in schools, the less kids believe it.
