This ain't rocket science. The country is going bankrupt because of big spending, big taxing, big government Marxists, socialists, liberals, progressives, moderates and RINOS!!
We don't need a higher credit limit or higher taxes. We need to cut the damned government! Cut the spending! Cut the stifling regulations! Cut the taxes!! Cut it NOW!! Not ten years from now, not five years from now, not two years from now, CUT IT NOW!!
Get the government out of our pockets, out of our faces, out of our business, off our backs and OUT of our lives!!
Set our people free, turn them loose and let them go back to work and produce, free of government intervention, free of government thievery and free of government harassment!!
No compromise, no retreat, no surrender!!
Quit dinking around with deals and extra-constitutional committees!!
We the Taxed Enough Already people sent you Republicans up there to CUT the government, CUT the spending, and CUT the taxes!! Now, dammit, get off your butts, quit playing footsie with the corrupt bastards and do your JOB!!
Pass a budget and cut, baby, CUT and cut DEEP!!
Make the corrupt bastard democrats block or veto it, but pass the damned thing!! And then cut deeper and pass it again!! And again!! All the way up to election day if need be!! You the REPUBLICAN congress control the budget!! Now, CUT it and PASS it!!
Let the people decide if they'd rather have big spending, big taxing, petulant democrats in charge to bankrupt our country or tax cutting, government cutting, deficit cutting, fiscally responsible adult REPUBLICANS!!
End the ridiculous war on capitalism! End the war on industry! End the war against coal, oil, gas and energy! End the war against our previously free economy! End the war against our people!! And start by repealing ObamaCommieCare!!
Put our people back to WORK!!
We sent you up there for a reason. If you can't do the job, GO HOME and let someone else do it!! Or, by God, we'll send you packing in 2012!!
A TEA party rebellion is brewing!!
I can see 2012 from my house!!
...unfortunately we have only one half of one branch of government. The real prize is 2012, and that’s where we can make the big difference for the country.
Then and only then will I and the American people know that our Nation's future will be assured!
But we have the half that controls the spending and the taxing. Can’t raise spending or the taxing without our half approving it, so, don’t approve it! Our tea party freshmen should be encouraged to hold the line against spending or raising the taxes! Reinforcements are coming in 2012! Hold the line!! Don’t cave in!! No retreat, no surrender!! NO DEALS!!
Damn right! Make them squeal like marxist pigs!
Fight to the last man or women, the very survival of our Nation depends on it!
Don't ask me to stand and take a round for this Country, if the elected representatives in the US House won't stand up for this Nation in her hour of desperate need!
From your posts about her, you'd need a sledge hammer, not a hint!

Lame Duck President by Sarah Palin on Friday, July 22, 2011 at 9:11pm
After listening to the Presidents press conference today, lets keep in mind the following:
This is the same president who proposed an absurdly irresponsible budget that would increase our debt by trillions of dollars, and whose party failed to even put forward a budget in over 800 days! This is the same president who is pushing our country to the brink because of his reckless spending on things like the nearly trillion dollar stimulus boondoggle. This is the same president who ignored his own debt commissions recommendations and demonized the voices of fiscal sanity who proposed responsible plans to reform our entitlement programs and rein in our dangerous debt trajectory. This is the same president who wanted to push through an increase in the debt ceiling that didnt include any cuts in government spending! This is the same president who wants to slam Americans with tax hikes to cover his reckless spending, but has threatened to veto a bill proposing a balanced budget amendment. This is the same president who hasnt put forward a responsible plan himself, but has rejected reasonable proposals that would tackle our debt. This is the same president who still refuses to understand that the American electorate rejected his big government agenda last November. As I said in Madison, Wisconsin, at the Tax Day Tea Party rally, We dont want it. We cant afford it. And we are unwilling to pay for it.
Now the President is outraged because the GOP House leadership called his bluff and ended discussions with him because they deemed him an obstruction to any real solution to the debt crisis.
He has been deemed a lame duck president. And he is angry now because he is being treated as such.
His foreign policy strategy has been described as leading from behind. Well, thats his domestic policy strategy as well. Why should he be surprised that hes been left behind in the negotiations when hes been leading from behind on this debt crisis?
Thank you, GOP House leaders. Please dont get wobbly on us now.
2012 cant come soon enough.

“We the Taxed Enough Already people sent you Republicans up there to CUT the government, CUT the spending, and CUT the taxes!! Now, dammit, get off your butts, quit playing footsie with the corrupt bastards and do your JOB!!”
Exactly how I feel about it. Our guys can’t come up with something better than “allow Obama to spend now, but demand cuts 10 years from now [that everyone knows will never happen].” This is a PLAN??? This is OUR party’s plan...???!!!
What you said, fellow patriot!
AMEN brother!!
(Is the honey treatment still working? I sure hope it is!)
I dont watch TV much ( I see it more in airport waiting areas than at home ), dont buy the left papers, and I never embraced, Facebook, twitter, or whatever social networking fad is latest.
I do check a few news web site including FR frequently. Just saying the news about her on these has been quiet mostly. And even her own site does not speak of running, though she says all the things I would like to hear from a candidate.
Hope she commits soon, and if its her strategery to hold off, then she knows better than I.
I believe she is much more credible than Bachmann, having been a governor. Would rather see Bachmann as House Majority Leader. Would also like to see the GOP elect Sarah as most qualified, conservative, likable candidate, and take the issue of empowering women and minorities away from the ass party.

BTTT!
No - no mention of it yet.
The only plan that stops the credit downgrade is Cut, Cap and Balance.
Why can’t the Republicans get that message out?!
The Senate Republicans should walk out until Reid brings Cut, Cap and Balance to a vote.
It is time to get ugly.
Excellent rallying cry from our First FReeper!
Right on!
(And this from the “Belly of the Beast”, Kalifornia)
Sent the Speaker an email but don’t know if it got through...
However this turns out, WE WILL NOT FORGET!!!!
” We don’t need a higher credit limit or higher taxes. We need to cut the damned government! Cut the spending! Cut the stifling regulations! Cut the taxes!! Cut it NOW!! Not ten years from now, not five years from now, not two years from now, CUT IT NOW!! “
Best comments I have seen from you or anyone else here in 10 years. If they don’t heed your advice, all hell will break loose in our great country.

Finally the House is moving away from the steady push towards a bigger and more costly federal government, and is beginning to use its veto power to rein in the big spenders and taxers in the senate and the White House. This is exactly the way our constitution was intended to work. The senate and the White House have to accept the lowest amount of spending and borrowing approved by the House, just as the House has to accept the lowest amount of spending on any program that is approved by the senate and the White House. Democrat leaders need to accept the reality that our constitution is finally working just as intended to rein in our huge, intrusive, and economically destructive federal government. The White House needs to understand that the House does have the constitutional power to put the senate and White House on a budget, limit their spending, and tell them "this is all you get to spend...you're now on a real budget." That would be a good step for the White House to take right now...to get a grip on reality and the truth that they can't spend or borrow any more than the 435 people in the House allow them to spend and borrow. Obama isn't the only one with veto power--the House also has veto power over spending and borrowing.
Another move in the right direction would be for the White House to drop their hard line negotiating rhetoric, stop their endless juvenile veto threats, show some respect for the House Republicans, and stop insulting very bright people like John Boehner, Eric Cantor, and Paul Ryan. If the people who ran our federal government over the last fifty years had been as smart, courageous, and responsible as Boehner, Cantor, and Ryan, then we wouldn't be in the fiscal mess that we're in today.
If she doesn't run (but I do think she will), I will be writing her name in and let the chips fall where they may.
I want off this crazy a$$ backwards train and just hope I can hang on until August (which is the month I believe Sarah will throw herself in w/ a cut the budget plan).
It's usually the "quiet ones" you must watch out for.
Sarahs been doing that all along. Who knows, perhaps she is working on her own "gut the budget" she will bring forth when she declares her run for POTUS.
