I'm almost sure that Obama is going to pull the 14 th amendment out of the hat tonight or at least threaten to do it if he does not get his way.

Maybe he’ll invoke the 14th amendment which some have said gives the president the authority to borrow more and pay the nation’s bills, without having to deal with Congress?

Paying the debt with stolen money will really impress the rating companies.
