This past week the "progressive" left laid claim to the women's vote of 2012.
They intend to compete for the hearts and minds of women.
They intend to win the votes of women, and they will lie, confuse, and mislead if necessary to do so.
In short the left believe that the women's vote in America is something they can manipulate devoid of fact.
More pathetically they believe women in droves will cascade with them over the cliff into the insanity the left offers--all the while attempting to convince them they are truly on their side.
To the left, women are just another group, like ethnicities, and sexual identities, that they believe they can victimize--then rescue, all in the matter of the twenty-second soundbite.
They've even recruited women to do it--case and point--Democratic Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who recently assumed control of the DNC.
I've watched Schultz on her pundit hits on cable news, and have never really been very fascinated by any of the victimology ideas she has to peddle. Now that she speaks for the entirety of her party however, her words become seemingly more important. This last week she laid her strategy bare:

The shippersnapper is 39 years old. Most in that generation think they’re smarter than everyone else. All hope is lost.

They believe, rightly or wrongly, that all women have a mothering instinct to try to protect the defenseless. They then project the Democrat party as being for the defenseless and count the votes.
The Baby Boomers permitted two generations of women to glom onto government grift masquerading as "equal opportunity". Ask any halfway knowledgeable black man and he will tell you that civil rights for blacks ended up benefiting white women twice as much.
It will take a Conservative woman President to have any chance to end the grifters...just ask PM Thatcher...
Anyone who is a Liberal is a Liberal before being anything else.

It’s not only women - it’s EVERY group they can turn into a demographic.
EVERYTHING they do has been focus-group tested, lab-tested and anlyzed, and taken to the streets as a field exercise.
And those doing the manipulating are NOT stupid - they know exactly what they are doing. We see them as dolts, sure - but if they were, they wouldn’t be as effective as they are.
They elevate the mediocre and the small-minded and proclaim it as “equality” and “social justice” and hold it up as an example “for the little guy”.
Remember who we’re dealing with here. This is commie/socialist brainwashing ala Pavlov; they’ve devoted entire universities and departments of colleges to manipulating both Group Think and the individual’s point of view, twisting it around through the use of emotions such as fear, jealousy, envy, hate, greed, and the natural rebelliousness of youth. This is how they take an otherwise normal middle class kid, raised decently and even religiously, and turn him into a bearded bomb-throwing lunatic (or a Jarad Loughner who loses it and shoots one of their own, maybe).
In the case of women, they know that women are more in touch with feelings and emotions than men are - and they are able to exploit those emotions - e.g., guns and children; they exploit the natural protectiveness a woman “feels” towards her children and play on it to achieve a political agenda - the elimination of guns from the hands of fathers - which is one more step to elimination of guns from everyone in general.
They’ve spent several lifetimes passing this crap down from Useful Idiot to Useful idiot. And then getting themselves into positions of authority - legislature, education, bureaucratic administrations, etc, - where they have the power and the ability to ENFORCE their propaganda on the rest of us.
We send our kids to school, thinking they’ll be taught Reading, Writing, and Arithmetic - and instead they’re being bullsh*tted into Political Correctness, Revolution, and Marxism.
This didn’t happen by accident. They have been working this angle for well over 100 years like the Good Little Apparatchniks they are.
WE, on the other hand, have not done such a great job of countering it. If we did, we’d have a more balanced political system working in the country. If we stood up to these jackasses at every turn, we’d be able to grind them down.
Instead, they’re grinding US down, and leaving us fewer and fewer options to deal with them - ultimately, the one option we WILL have left is the one that will wipe out the Country as we know it. But that’s what they do, after all...wipe out established, prosperous societies and turn them into liberal socialist sh*tholes...where everyone except the elite are EQUALLY miserable.
Pretty much sums it up.
They don’t. They see them (wrongly) as disenfranchised, persecuted, and unable to help themselves or function in society without the government watching over them.
It’s not so much that they see them as stupid as they see a way to make women dependent on the state instead of a husband. The Mongols killed the men and raped the women. Liberals kill off manliness and rape the women with their programs of subjugation.
I takes a very, very mature and realistic woman to say that. I’ve said it before, and I stick to it - every instance of suffrage has taken this country downhill.
Liberal Women. Are they Women first or Liberals first?
Bill Clinton knows the answer to that. He was given a pass by all the liberal women.
The Muslims know the answer, too.
