While Washington, D.C., is increasingly consumed with bickering between Democrats and Republicans, the U.S.-Israel relationship remains the one issue that transcends the partisan divide. In a display of this bipartisan spirit, more than half of Congress will attend tonight's Gala Banquet, which will fill a room large enough to fit the Washington Monument on its side.
This year, however, for the first time ever, Hall D/E, as massive as it is, cannot fit all delegates and guests for a sit-down dinner. As a result, all student delegates will be seated in the Ballroom Banquet in Ballrooms A, B and C. Each banquet will feature live and simulcast appearances as well as unique programming. The major speakers tonightIsraeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, House Majority Leader John Boehner and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reidwill appear personally in both banquet halls.
Representatives from more than 65 countriesincluding ambassadors from China, South Africa, Mexico, Turkey and the Netherlandswill be seated at tonight's dinner.
Senators, members of Congress, administration officials, foreign diplomats and other VIPs at the banquets will have their names read during the Roll Call, a lively Policy Conference tradition that has been a crowd favorite for many years. AIPAC National Board members Amy Friedkin and Michael Tuchin will join AIPAC Executive Director Howard Kohr for the Roll Call.
The Gala Banquet will be the end of a full day of Monday programming. The morning kicks off with an address by Reverend Dr. Tony Crisp. After the morning plenary, delegates will head to lobbying workshops, where they will learn from AIPAC's top experts how to make the case for Israel on Capitol Hill tomorrow.

Op-Ed: Bibi to World--Swap This!
I’m going through pings and the BN thread. SW thank you for those pictures...they are awesome. Sorry I missed the speech but it sounds like it was a great one.
Big mistake on the part of Obama to coming right up to Bibi’s face, because it is a form of intimatdation.
Beautiful post, Star! Bibi rocks.
In the days leading up to Obamas speech last Thursday, Israel registered explicit, repeated requests that he not adopt the Palestinian position that negotiations should be based on those lines.
And so it was a stinging rebuke when Obama declared Thursday: The borders of Israel and Palestine should be based on the 1967 lines with mutually agreed swaps. According to the Washington Post, Obama wrote these lines of his speech himself and Netanyahu was informed of them just as he was scheduled to fly to the US on Thursday evening. Obama gave the speech while Netanyahu was in the air on his way to Washington to meet Obama the next morning. It is hard to think of a more stunning insult or a greater display of contempt for the leader of a US ally.. Our World: Obamas diversionary tactics

No problem if adults choose the homosexual lifestyle - just stop recruiting & exploiting our children and trying to mainstream the vile lifestyle!!!!

Thank you so very much for the link to Caroline Glick’s column!
She’s a treasure!!!
Big mistake, I agree. The lack of respect shown to our allies is mind boggling. O is completely in Bibi’s space. Very ugly, no class. Yet, he bows and kisses the hand of the Saudi leader. ‘eh???
It would be great if someone could put the two photos side by side (Obama bowing to Saudi King, and this photo).
Thanks and good morning 444, knew I could count on you!
Morning H.:) That was a great idea.
Is this Obama’s way of trying to poke at Bibi?

I didn’t think of it that way, but he tries to poke at everything good and decent so not really surprised...
Thank you SW!
Right !
One must not make confusion between Israelis jews and liberal jews like Soros and Strauss-Kahn(well known , among others,in my country France)
He would not have said this unless he was sure it would negatively affect the Dems if the Repubs made an issue of Dem anti-Jewish sentiments.
Democrats count on Americans getting tired and going to sleep. That’s why it matters.
