P.S. people might take my comments here as overly cynical/negative or think I favor RINO candidates. I don’t. I’m just trying to be clear-eyed and realistic about the fact that RINO candidates with broad appeal, good looks, strong positives, etc are what the GOP prefers (McCain, Bush, etc) and next year should be no different.

"I would like to see people step up and say who they WANT to run, rather than contributing nothing by saying theyre glad so-and-so is out of the race."A little too early for that. FR will scrutinize all, criticize all, see who stands up.
When all is said and done, we await the wisdom of JR.

Best news I've heard all day. Huckabee wouldn't have won anyways. He would have just taken votes away from a more viable candidate. All we need now for Gov. Christie (spelling is probably incorrect) to decide to run. He would kick Obama’s ass right out of the Oval Office.

“Sarah in 2012 = Obama until 2016.”
I respectfully disagree with you. The same prediction was made about Reagan v. Carter by republican leaders.

IMHO, the most qualified and electable CEO in America is Alan Mulally. He was very senior at Boeing and is CEO of Ford.

“What makes you think that Tea Party members or “mama grizzlies” did not vote for McCain? Why exactly so you call them new voters?”
Many in the Tea Party, Mama Grizzly, and PUMA movements sat home in 2008. They just didn’t vote for either Obama or McCain. Some may have voted 3rd party.
Look at how the the 2010 mid-terms were very different from 2008. Tea Party and Conservatives turned out in huge numbers in 2010. That’s why the 2010 mid-terms were historic.

Sarah will be running. She recently hired some expensive, top-notch staffers and policy advisors. She also just revamped up her SarahPac website so that it is state-of-the-art now.
You don’t invest that kind of money to sit at home. Why would a mom in Wasilla need foreign and economic advisors plus a seasoned Chief of Staff who has run POTUS campaigns before? (as techno asked me)
Sarah is unconventional so she’ll probably forego exploratory committees. She does things different from the other wannabes.

Mike did not say, but I assume God is backing SarahI hope He asks her to run!

not someone I would vote for in a primary....
but not as bad as others....right off the bat it would not be a stretch to say that the ‘architect’ of Obamacare...Mittens Romney, is much worse....

Nah, I just knew there were still pictures of me from that night at the Purple Porpoise in Gainesville floating around. Wow dfw..man you just triggered flashbacks, 1985 Kakmikaze halftime across from Florida Field(No not The Swamp or Ben Hill Griffin Stadium yest). Spent many night with atomic wings and copious Budweiser pitchers trying to woo the table of Zetas of TriDelts to come sit with us...
