It didnt take long for some of President Obamas doubters to claim the long-awaited birth certificate posted online by the White House on Wednesday had been altered or might be a fake.
But a leading software expert says theres no doubt about its authenticity, and he dismisses claims of fraud as flat-out wrong.
The doubters have latched onto the idea that Adobe Illustrator the premier program for computer graphic artists reveals evidence of document manipulation in the Obama birth certificate. They note Illustrator reveals nine separate layers of the document, and claim its proof the file has been altered.
But thats not so, says Jean-Claude Tremblay, a leading software trainer and Adobe-certified expert, who has years of experience working with and teaching Adobe Illustrator.
You should not be so suspicious about this, Tremblay told FoxNews.com, dismissing the allegations.

He said the layers cited by doubters are evidence of the use of common, off-the-shelf scanning software not evidence of a forgery. I have seen a lot of illustrator documents that come from photos and contain those kind of clippingsand it looks exactly like this, he said.
Tremblay explained that the scanner optical character recognition (OCR) software attempts to translate characters or words in a photograph into text. He said the layers cited by the doubters shows that software at work and nothing more.

BTW...
It appears the White House does not have it own copy of the 2008 COLB....

Seriously, does the White House not have their own authentic version of this official document? The kiddie computer hacks in the basement had to got to snopes???
At this point, my vote is Canada.
I think I would concur on his opinion and vote.
Everything seams to point to Washington or Canada and just like you said the BC is original, but a Dan Rather special, a total fraud.
Speculating here...If the child was born in BC Canada, how would SAD be able to cross back over into the US with a baby in tow but no US documentation? Therefore a Hawaiian COLB needed to be produced pronto that would allow entry for the baby into the US legally as a citizen.
Please do your research. But think Buckhead, not the Truthers. Don’t become one of those people who refuses to be convinced by any evidence because he Believes.
Regarding the stray characters on the edge.
They are visible without changing the aspect ratio by simply releasing the clipping mask. They were likely produced when the xerox was made and are on the next page in the binder of certificates. Her claim that an OCR app would pick them up is clearly mistaken. They are far less substantial than more prominent characters also left behind,
Her Mono/Color point...
Again mistaken. The separation did not happen from scanning one or multiple times. It was done after by software.
White artifacts...
I noticed these right away as well. My best guess is they are still present as I type on either the glass at the Hi DOH’s Xerox, or the scanner at the White House.
While this is not the best demonstration, it does provide the most plausible explanation.

Let's see if Hawaii can reproduce the document.

Maybe I can answer that.
Our daughter was born in Canada, and 3 days later, I crossed the border with wee babe in arms, and no US documentation. All we had was the cute little certificate given by the Canadian hospital.
They did take us into the customs office, and make us wait quite awhile, and if I remember correctly, there was some telephoning going on. My bottom hurt, and I was tired, so I whipped out one of my breasts and starting nursing the wee one.
They cleared us very quickly!
“It says at the bottom that its an abstract.”
Thank you. We’re back to square one then, best I can tell.
I don’t know.
I don’t think there was ever that much trouble going back and forth to Canada like it would be coming back in from overseas.
The mother being a US citizen and the father being a Brit residing in the US at the time couldn’t hurt.
Mike: “ the child was born in BC Canada, how would SAD be able to cross back over into the US with a baby in tow but no US documentation? Therefore a Hawaiian COLB needed to be produced pronto that would allow entry for the baby into the US legally as a citizen.”
A couple years back during this debate in 2008, the general consensus was that the border between Canada and U.S. was hardly even patrolled. Plus, I doubt there was enough scrutiny employed to determine if a new mother had brought the baby across from U.S. to Canada and then back again.
I know they did not often check passports back in the early 60’s and I doubt they would even check a driver’s license.
I'm not real sure they would immunize a newborn to get him back nor am I positive they would immunize a woman about to domino for her to get there.
Seems our laws don't allow you to give it up. Doesn't matter what Indonesia's laws do, they don't trump (a pun eh) our laws!
So, under that scenario Obama didn't have to re-imigrate.
We've had some Freepers knowledgeable in this situation who've explained in detail how you assert your citizenship ~ so I'll leave it at that.
Okay, so you just swallow what the MSM and Dreams tells you. Okay.
No proof they were married.
No proof the Kenyan was the father.
No proof she ever lived in HI until much later.
No proof she’s the mother actually.
No proof of where Zero was born.
No proof of any of the above, so making silly statements that she couldn’t have traveled because her “husband” was a student and her parents didn’t have money is beyond ignorant. There’s a lot more I could explain but I wont because time is valuable and if you wanted to learn more you can do seraches and read for hours and hours on FR and learn. So if you are merely ill-informed and want to learn, there are plenty of threads and links and so on.
we have a FREEPER on several of these threads who has posted his/her own birth certificate showing that it was signed by the same individual (same "Lee"). So that's nothing that's agreed upon.
Apparently records and witnesses indicate she was in Washington state 2-3 weeks after Zippos birth.
There are no such records or witnesses. No one knows what day she registered for classes (or if she did this in person) or when she signed her apartment rental agreement. If such a witness did turn up, would their recall of these relatively minor events from 50 years ago be reliable?
The recent FOIA release on Barack Obama Sr. contains a memo dated August 31st, 1961 which states that although his "spouse" planned to go to "Wash State University next semester", she was currently living with her parents.
I think her travels were more "your tax dollars at work" than they were anything else.
If the court made a mistake, then Zippo would have had to petition the court to correct the mistake before he ran for president.
As it stands right now, Zippo is not eligible to be president because his father was a Brit subject which means he was born a Brit subject. Regardless of whatever else he was when he was born, he was born a Brit subject.
Sigh.
If there is no proof that they were married, then there is no proof. In order to divorce, one doesn’t need to show proof of marriage. The divorce docs have all been posted (minus page 11 which was likely the actual birth certificate) but there has never been found a marriage cert.
There are many other reasons why a paper divorce for a non-marriage could have been undertaken. The entire myth of Zero is a sham.
Babysitter.
White girl with black baby wasn’t minor event 50 years ago.
