This is a scan or microfiche of the file from a binder, hence the curl. It is printed on official document paper (like car registrations at the DMV, or a counter check at a bank), the same paper as the abbreviated COLB. I have a couple of old copies of my long-form, and it is also a photostat from a binder (but in photo reverse), probably in microfiche form. The print out is also in photo reverse. If it was done in black on white rather than white on black, and printed on this kind of paper, it would look eerily similar.

So with the father a british subject and the mother not meeting the qualifications then it’s pretty conclusive.
Obama is NOT a natural born citizen and is therefore not eligible to serve as president.
This will end up in the Supreme Court for sure.
