Obama’s people have had over 3 years to FORGE 336 characters/certificate marks. Even for a D student you can do a bang up job if you have available a free 3 days per letter to work on forging a document. It needs to be scrutinized and verified. It is legitimate to ask other questions given the delay. How about Obama just answer the new passport questions that his administration is proposing the people answer when they want a passport.
