Many people suspect he is lying, but very few know for sure that he is. Prove that he is lying is what we ALL would like to find. Does Corso have it? The closest anyone has to a “smoking gun” are documents that lean to lying ie. Nancy P documentation of certification, but he's managed to hide all proof.
I don’t think that the timing for all this bc talk is perfect. If it was simmering simmering and then next September (or whatever the right time would be) Obama is hit with bc stuff full force, it might have had more impact.
With Scott Brown - there was one election and 2 choices. Brown - at that time and with those choices - was the better choice.
Trump is not the best nominee for Conservatives, even if we enjoy him tearing into Obama on the bc issue.

As I understand it, NBC requires person to be born here and of 2 American citizen parents, exception being the original ‘grace’ period that ended back in the 1800s
He has claimed a father who was not born here - therefor he is not qualified. Thus, he is not eligible to hold office of President of the United States regardless of where he was born.
As for documents, he hasn’t shown any at all so we haven’t gotten to that yet. But since a Passport or a military security clearance requires a long form BC, any court that could rule on the highest office in the land might be asking for the highest form of proof. I fail to see how a President could be approved by any court of law to hold office with a jpg internet ‘document,’ filtered through a leftist website... which to date is all that has ever been shown outside Nancy Pelosi’s office.

She has no spine on this matter... rove and others have told her that she will kill her chances if she takes up this “kook fringe” issue. She is not the real deal. I like her... and I believe her to be conservative... but she is just another dc politician (albeit rare) with a conservative ideology. She goes along with the party leadership on promises of future favors... business as usual. At least there is one still with us that is the real deal... and she has stated with no hesitation that this issue is extremely legitimate and deeply serious.

Look if she looks at the document and concludes its genuine then the issues is Settled as far as she is concerned.

Obama was a Jackass for withholding this information for 2 years. But if Bachmann looks at a document that she judges to be genuine as proving natural born status then there is nothing more Bachmann can possibly ask for.
The proper way to handle this is to ask "Where did you get that?"
"Did the President personally attest that it is in fact his COLB?"
"Do you have an affidavit from the state of Hawaii or any official that what you have in your hand is valid?"

It’s unfortunate, but it doesn’t surprise me. And I think Michele Bachmann is generally outstanding.
Folks like Bachmann, in my opinion, are about strategy more so than leadership. On the other hand, someone like Palin is more about setting direction and dealing with the flack as it surfaces. One avoids, the other overcomes. Today, we need the latter.
You’re right. Please direct me to the section of ther US Constitution that refers to a “Birth Certificate” and the specified definition of “Natural Born Citizen”. As this is so very important, certainly the Founding Fathers provided guidance in the Constitution.
I can point out in the Constitution how a candidate recieving the greatest number of votes on election day is awarded votes from the state in the electoral college. The electoral college casts votes representative of the election. The candidate becomes the president elect when the US COngress certifies the decision of the electoral college and finally the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court swears the president into the office.
Everything that I outline was carried out in the 2008 election, as has been the procedure for hundreds of years in this country. But you want to overturn the will of the electorate over a piece of paper that did not exist when the Constitution was written in regards to a term (NBC) that is not defined by the Founding Fathers.

Actually it all depends on how you look at it.
The important issue here is eligibility, and whether or not he should even be allowed to run again.
If he’s going to stick with the “Certification of Live Birth” document, which clearly screams ineligible, by virtue of his non-citizen father...I guess I’m OK with it too.
A real BC may in fact prove him to be a NBC, but not born Barack Obama. The ultimate identity theft.
