As I understand it, NBC requires person to be born here and of 2 American citizen parents, exception being the original ‘grace’ period that ended back in the 1800s

He has claimed a father who was not born here - therefor he is not qualified. Thus, he is not eligible to hold office of President of the United States regardless of where he was born.

As for documents, he hasn’t shown any at all so we haven’t gotten to that yet. But since a Passport or a military security clearance requires a long form BC, any court that could rule on the highest office in the land might be asking for the highest form of proof. I fail to see how a President could be approved by any court of law to hold office with a jpg internet ‘document,’ filtered through a leftist website... which to date is all that has ever been shown outside Nancy Pelosi’s office.
