So much new information from Fukino today. Very interesting. Now we know where, exactly, the original is physically located in the basement archives. Odd that she couldn’t have commented on that fact when she was in office.

I guess my point was missed.

Natural born is a term that is constitutional and has no other real application other than determining whether someone is eligible to be president.

There is no box on a BC that determines whether someone is NBC because its not something that anyone can testify to. It is a question that is determined by comparing the evidence to an interpretation of the meaning of NBC.

The statement that someone inspected the BC and can testify that Obama is NBC is false because there is no standard definition of NBC.

She can say it says he was born at a certain place and time and that it identifies a mother and a father and witnesses present but to say he was a NBC is interpreting the facts where there is no agreement on the meaning.

Stuff is now being rephrased by 3rd parties to make it more legit. I had noticed that everything Fukino said was carefully phrased...things like, “she had seen the original birth certificate”, rather than “the Hawaiian birth certificate”. I think Obummer may have a copy of a long form birth certificate on file in Hawaii...but I doubt it is Hawaiian. Sorry, “I gotta’ be showed!”

IIRC, wasn’t Isikoff the stooge who refused to run the Monica Lewinsky story when it was offered up? Still the same hack...

All of that aside, I’m just blown away by the blatant lie that it is impossible (even for Obama himself) to obtain a copy/photocopy of an original long-form BC when a) we know and have proof otherwise and b) the HDoH website specifies the requirements for obtaining a certified copy of a long-form BC.

(HDoH website removes said requirements from their website in 3 ... 2 ... 1.)

And I don’t even care about the dumb thing. I think he was born there. But the lies and misinformation ... are outrageous.

Isakoff should have quoted FUkino. No one at the hospitals can find any birth records. After 3 years of going around and around and all the other BS lying going on... Isakoff didn't quote squat here.

She found the original birth record, properly numbered, half typed and half handwritten, and signed by the doctor who delivered Obama, located in the files

Too many weasel words have been played over the years.

But if he or anybody else wanted a copy of their birth records, they would be told to fill out the appropriate state form and receive back the same computer generated "certification of live birth" form that everybody else gets — which is exactly what Obama did four years ago.

She still didn't answer the question did Hawaii issue that thing on the Internet to Obama?

She said “natural born American Citizen” not “natural born U.S. citizen”. There is a difference. He could have been born in Canada, Mexico or Brazil and been an American Citizen.

That could also mean, parsing that stooge Fukino, that Obama's mommy was Stanley Ann Obama.

American mommy = = natural born American citizen

Looking at Obama "Fact"Check.org COLB, the seal on it is written in what - gibberish? ...you can't read the words.

It should have read on it the "State of Hawaii" and the "Department of Health."

Obama's COLB is a fake.

Here’s a solution - why not allow a known and trusted Conservative - Jim Robinson for example, to view the original birth certificate - promising not to disclose anything other than that it exists? I’m thinking that no one is really interested in what’s on it, just that it’s real - case closed.

This solution is probably way too simple, but it would work.

I’m also thinking that it’s not the existence of the certificate or not that has people so curious, it’s the millions that Obama is personally spending to hide it from public view. Now that is more than passingly strange and should prompt curiosity and investigation unless one is brain dead.

What's likely happen is someone said Obama was born in Hawaii and they took it at face value. Hawaii has been a clearing house for foreigners to get birth certificates which also is a further incentive for Hawaii to be deceptive.

It’s good to try to come up with creative ways to get to the truth of the matter. However, your idea has at least one significant flaw: what does our trusted conservative do if he/she observes information that indicates that Obama is not eligible to be president, or other significant ‘bombshell’. How can you agree to such terms? How would Jim or whoever keep such information confidential? I don’t see anyone in the “obama” camp agreeing to your terms or to terms which would allow disclosure of evidence pertaining to eligibility.

What she did say that was important was the statement "and signed by the doctor who delivered Obama"

She did not say that at all. Isikoff claimed that.

But Wisch, the spokesman for the attorney general's office, said state law does not in fact permit the release of "vital records," including an original "record of live birth" — even to the individual whose birth it records.

But if he or anybody else wanted a copy of their birth records, they would be told to fill out the appropriate state form and receive back the same computer generated "certification of live birth" form that everybody else gets — which is exactly what Obama did four years ago.

You wrote: "I doubt very seriously that that is the 'law' in HI. It may be a policy that an official has adopted, but it makes no sense."

I agree with you.

The spokesman for the attorney general is engaging in a little subterfuge by not using the words birth certificate or certificate of live birth.

He says (correctly, no doubt) that they don't release the original (HARD COPY) "vital records;" However, to IMPLY that one can't get an original citified COPY of one's original Certificate Of Live Birth (long form) -- such as I myself have -- is, I believe, untrue.

In fact, freeper Danae got an oreginal copy of her long form from Hawaii -- although I think she, inadvertently, did not ask that it be certified.

“Ludicrous”? Hm? Didn't Bill Clinton just use that same word about Obama’s natural born citizenship? What is this? One of the DNC’s ludicrous talking points?

Let's see how often “ludicrous” pops up in the Marxist media in the coming week. Rush should do one of his hilarious spliced segments.

Well! ....Geeze!....If it is sooooooo "real" why not just release it? Why let a decorated officer of 18 years go to prison over it?

Obama doesn't release it because it doesn't exist!

This is such a load of BS it’s not even funny. The claim of the AG’s spokesperson that HI law does not authorize photocopies to be made is absolutely absurd.

HRS 338-13 says:

Ҥ338-13 Certified copies. (a) Subject to the requirements of sections 338-16, 338-17, and 338-18, the department of health shall, upon request, furnish to any applicant a certified copy of any certificate, or the contents of any certificate, or any part thereof.

(b) Copies of the contents of any certificate on file in the department, certified by the department shall be considered for all purposes the same as the original, subject to the requirements of sections 338-16, 338-17, and 338-18.

(c) Copies may be made by photography, dry copy reproduction, typing, computer printout or other process approved by the director of health. [L 1949, c 327, §17; RL 1955, §57-16; am L Sp 1959 2d, c 1, §19; HRS §338-13; am L 1978, c 49, §1]”

Furthermore, the HDOH Administrative Rules - which Fukino illegally hid until a year after the election was over (funny none of these reporters ask her about that little bit...) - says that a person can get a copy of EVEN THE CONFIDENTIAL PORTION OF THEIR LONG-FORM BIRTH CERTIFICATE UPON REQUEST. (See p 19 of the PDF at http://gen.doh.hawaii.gov/sites/har/AdmRules1/8%208A%20B%20VR%20Admin%20Rules.pdf )

And Micki Booth has posted a photocopy of her son’s long-form birth certificate, which was sent to her on March 15, 2011. That can be seen at http://a1.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/205497_1646821495774_1394022018_31363733_2189254_n.jpg

And there is video of somebody ordering their certified long-form at the HDOH office and being told they would receive it in 2 weeks. That’s at http://myveryownpointofview.wordpress.com/2010/10/14/some-tropical-truth/

These people need to learn that it’s not smart to lie when the truth can so easily be documented.

If these people are lying about something that can be checked up on, why should we trust them on things we can’t check them on?

Oh, great. Now IE has “encountered a problem”. We’ll see if it will let me post this first.

That question definitely should be brought into the discussion.
