Is Trump Working Eligibility Issue on Behalf of Democrats?
self | Uncle Sham

Posted on 03/29/2011 7:55:42 PM PDT by Uncle Sham

In whose interest is it for the usurper to be found out and removed from office in soon enough fashion for Joe Biden to become acting President? What is it that the democrats and liberals who have kept this subject alive lately think so important that they have stirred the pot? I think they realize that its over for their boy wonder and that with his removal, along goes those two Supreme Court appointments. The Republicans seem to have been biding their time in going after the issue so that when they finally would, the dems would not have enough time to save those two spots with fresh appointees BEFORE the wrath of the voters installed a new Republican President.

I think Donald Trump is acting on behalf of the Democrats interest as he is challenging Obama to produce his birth certificate. They realize how much is at stake on the Supreme Court alone and are trying their best to get rid of their impotent fraud so as to allow time to save those appointments for liberal justices. Trump is a Trojan horse in this case. Beware.

No, Hillary and Obama both work for Soros and Riadi. They most likely wouldn’t let her do it. She couldn’t become POTUS because she has way too much baggage; so they figured if anything went wrong with Obama; they could use the time to clean up Hillary attempting to make her something she isn’t and that is a decent and honorable person. Anyone that would vote for her doesn’t remember history.

"And what better way to save face than to be found ineligible and have to bow out gracefully?"

Did you say gracefully? Fat chance. He has turned into excess baggage galore for the democrats and THEY and their supporters have been trying to keep this issue in the news as much as possible. Trump to the rescue. They will rid themselves of Obama and he won't consider it "graceful" at all.

NO...NO Wait! I have it...maybe he’s a double agent only making us think he’s working for the dems when he’s really working for us!

If you have to stretch this far...it’s probably not likely.

Or maybe Ann filled it in with “Not tonight”. lol

Seriously though, any gender issues result in a new birth certificate being created so that the embarrassing issue regarding gender is gone.

I don’t know why Trump is doing what he’s doing, but I’m glad he’s doing it. And Trump doesn’t do anything he doesn’t want to do.

This isn’t my forte so take this with a salt shaker of salt, but I remember hearing that it matters whether the person is considered a “de facto president”, because if the person ever meets the criteria for “de facto president” then the actions they took are legally binding just as if they were actually eligible for the job.

I’ve heard the argument - Red Steel, was that from you (my memory is so bad, I can’t remember the exact terminology or where it came from) - that “de facto” depends on whether the person’s position was in dispute. I’m wondering if it makes any difference whether the eligibility lawsuits all run their full course. If they all run their full course does Obama reach a point where he is the “de facto president” because there is no longer any LEGAL dispute over him holding the position? If so, then it would be critical for something to happen before the cases have all run their course and no more are pending.

Again, this is definitely not my area of expertise, so anybody who can bring some facts to bear would be very helpful.

If he uses that lame story then he never should have run for President. If you can’t prove you are eligible, then you need to shut it and be thankful that you forged your way into becoming a US Senator. Forged being the operative word as he has LIED and FORGED documents in order to run for President. Selective Service to uploading a forged document in 2008 stating it was an authentic birth certificate. He lied, he never submitted his Selective Service Document in time, so he had to forge one. Both scenarios make him ineligible.

So let him run with “I was born in a cab or from a Mid-Wife.” Prove it and it you can or can’t, you are still ineligible to run for President. You weren’t eligible and you knew it.

Trump is a natural born citizen according to US law. Two US citizen parents(the law doesn’t state natural or naturalized)and born in the US on US soil. That makes him a natural born citizen. Any other reasoning is just BS.

You do have a point. What IS in this for Trump? I really don't think he wants to be President.

Brainstorming...I don't think he's got nothing; this isn't a bluff or game of chicken. That would be too risky, and he hedges on mostly safe bets.

Book deals? Cabinet position? New business connections? A chance to "save America" and all that goes along with superhero status?

It's very interesting that all the top Republican players are at odds with Trump's take on this.

It's also interesting that besides Fox, the only network that's touched this is ABC - known to be a Hillary supporting channel. Chrissy on MSNBC is mum, even though he said almost the same thing as Trump a few weeks back. Politico took a bite, and Huffpo followed Media Matters as expected.

The whole thing is highly entertaining, something Trump is fabulous at. He is, no doubt, the best person for this particular role. Question is: who cast him and what's he gonna make from it?

My bet is on Hillary replacing Obama in the White House prior to 2012 election and running as the incumbent. Strong position for her and the Democratic party, and George Soros gets to keep playing fast and lose with American wealth. First Obama looks bad with his and Holder's people because of Libya, now he looks bad to independents who've been on the fence due to the Trumpster...really looks like Obama's being set up for the fall and judging by the way he's partied-hearty throughout his entire stay in the WH, I'd say he knew the plan all along.

Just guessing, though. Who really knows? Pass the pop corn please.

Regardless what Trump's motives are, whether he is doing this for his own campaign, or to help Hillary or someone else ...

... this usurper administration is a disaster in progress for every American citizen, big or small, rich or poor, who wishes to retain any of their wealth or liberty, and quite possibly their lives.

If the Clintons knew in 2008 that Obama was ineligible, they would have risked losing the black vote by divulging it.

Hillary was caught between a rock and a hard place. Obama’s skin color trumped the Constitution. Had she told what she knew, she might have won the nomination, but would have lost the election.

The irony is that we all laughed at Biden when he said that Obama was “the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy.”

Fact is that most of the shallow American electorate agreed with Biden and paid no attention to qualifications or competency for the job.

And here we are . . .

"This isn’t my forte so take this with a salt shaker of salt, but I remember hearing that it matters whether the person is considered a “de facto president”

I think this "de facto" argument loses steam at the phrase "No Person" in the eligibility requirements from Article two, section one.

"” No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”

"No person" does not leave room for "de facto" or anything else unless within the text of an Amendment to the Constitution itself. I personally believe that we have been stuck at section three of the Twentieth amendment since a legal Presidential term can only commence with a legal President. If there has been a "failure to qualify" by the President elect, that's where we are. I just don't see how a usurpation can be made legit.

Trump is acting on the behalf of democrats, namely Barrack Hussein Obama. The more this loony theory is in the news, the more people think these loons speak for real conservatives, that marginalizes the opposition as a bunch of kooks. Real conservatives, instead of accepting the birthers as the crazy uncles in the attic and occasionally throwing them a bone, need to firmly and forcefully say that we will not be held hostage to, and judged alongside, a bunch of loons, bigots, liars, fraudsters, hoaxers and leftist trolls. There is plenty to disagree with Obama on. The fact that he was born in Hawaii is indisputable. While some of the smarter birthers argue that obama’s father being a British subject disqualifies him, that too holds absolutely no historical water when you consider that we’ve had previous presidents with the same issue. I don’t hear of any Chester A. Arthur birthers.

You have a really good point. What is wonderful about all of this, regardless of Trumps motivation, is that truth is bubbling forward. While in the long run, we may end up out of the frying pan and into the fire, in the short term, it would be a wonderful thing to see truth prevail.

The problem for the Liberals/Democrats is ? once the American public and voters grasp the full impact of the fraud that the D.N.C. Democrats, MSM brought upon this country and it's harmful ( HealthCare scam ) agendas and debt, there will be little chance that the Democrats and Biden will be able to put liberal justices on the Supreme Court bench.
The Democrat party will suffer a major blow to it's already damaged credibility, so will the Main Shame Media.
