The problem for the Liberals/Democrats is ? once the American public and voters grasp the full impact of the fraud that the D.N.C. Democrats, MSM brought upon this country and it's harmful ( HealthCare scam ) agendas and debt, there will be little chance that the Democrats and Biden will be able to put liberal justices on the Supreme Court bench.
The Democrat party will suffer a major blow to it's already damaged credibility, so will the Main Shame Media.

If all they can salvage from this destruction is those two seats, they certainly won't be able to do so AFTER the 2012 elections. They can muscle them through with their present slim Senate majority but they have to get the usurper out of the way first so that Biden can do his thing.
