Well, I’m in Ohio. I may have to reconsider closing my business in 2013.

...just exactly who is going to be left to actually be in Obamacare?

States run by socialist legislatures like CT. We are about to implement our own Obamacare called Sustinet that will quickly bankrupt the state...

This “news” was so suppressed by the media that it took a CONGRESSIONAL hearing to get it out of the most transparent administration in history. What else is HHS hiding?

It’s becoming more and more apparent that Obamacare is an offensive weapon Obama will use to intimidate his opponents. It may be the law’s undoing.

This fact, possibly unconfirmed, was on FR a couple of weeks ago.

“No State shall ... deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws”

- 14th Amendment

Does this mean I can have a waiver too? Or do I have to pay some sort of fealty to 0bamunism?

How generous that the beneficent imperial federal government would grant a waiver from regulatory requirements of an unconstitutional law.

The ever expanding list of waivers is found here:

http://www.hhs.gov/ociio/regulations/approved_applications_for_waiver.html

Currently there are 729 approved applicant waivers covering a total of 2,189,636 enrollees and four states (Mass, NJ, Tenn, Ohio).

Maybe obama can just slowly give everyone a waiver and let obamacare wither on the vine.

The waivers adds to the unconstitutionality by breaking the ‘equal protection’ amendment.

Another whole layer of lawlessness.

so when do they get stopped?

This is just like “Democracy in the Middle East”. If it is all that grand to be free, then why are people leaving in droves for Europe?

RE: An Obama administration official on Wednesday confirmed that four states — including Florida, Tennessee and Ohio

Why is the Spectator so shy to name the 4th state?

Tennessee has TennCare. However, it is bankrupting the state and even though we get a waiver we still have to pay the taxes for it and the “medical devices” high prices.

I would probably qualify for TennCare but don’t want it. If I have medical bills I will pay for them myself - little by little if I have to. If I am dying I will just go the palliative route with some of that California medical weed.

Totally screwed is what we are.

This is a lame effort to declare the case FL brought as “moot”.

see they have waivers so the case is moot.

waiver .... for now.

This just ads fuel to the unconstitutional argument fire.

How can that be constitutional?

It isn't. The whole charade is unconstitutional. Obambi and the 'rats were just hoping (and still are, given Kennedy's unpredictability) that they'd have the Supreme Court stacked sufficiently to allow it to happen. All they need it 5 black-robed traitors to say that it's OK and it is the law of the land.
