A celebrity journalist now claims he misspoke when he said last week that Hawaii’s governor told him he was unable to find President Barack Obama’s original birth certificate after a search of state and hospital archives.
Mike Evans told FoxNews.com on Wednesday he was remorseful and embarrassed that he appeared to have given the impression that he had discussed the search for Obama’s birth certificate with Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie.
Evans, who says he has been a close friend of Abercrombie since the 1980s, appeared on Minnesota’s KQRS radio last week and said he’d been told by the governor himself that Obama’s birth certificate was nowhere to be found. Evans told KQRS on Jan. 20:
"Yesterday, talking to Neil's office, Neil says that he searched everywhere using his powers as governor ..... there is no Barack Obama birth certificate in Hawaii. Absolutely no proof at all that he was born in Hawaii."
But that’s no longer Evans’ story.
“Only this I can you tell you is 100 percent fact: that Neil never told me there was no birth certificate,” Evans told Fox News. “I never talked to him.”

The thing that’s getting lost in all of this is the fact that Hawaii uses the “scintilla of public interest” standard for disclosure. If there is a “scintilla of public interest” in a record, it MUST be disclosed.
Lingle and/or Fukino could have released Obama’s documents at any time, and so can Abercrombie.
In addition, since Fukino made public disclosures about what is on Obama’s records, it is REQUIRED that the documents she based those disclosures on be made public.
Abercrombie said on Dec 24th that he was in contact with his “health secretary” (presumably the guy who just resigned) and AG’s office to find a way to disclose more information about Obama’s records. Instead, Abercrombie had an “investigation” go snooping around in the hospitals, HDOH, & archives for 3 weeks - with nobody bothering to tell him that he can’t reveal any information anyway.
Clearly they knew he could disclose information and the documents - as also evidenced by the AG’s very careful statement on Jan 21st that they can’t release a CERTIFIED birth certificate, meaning one which is used for identification purposes. The HDOH has actually revealed in a public document a different person’s certified birth certificate but with marks to prevent the document from being used for fraud. Why didn’t the AG just tell Abercrombie right away that he couldn’t do anything? Because he knew that Abercrombie could release a birth certificate, if there was one. They were leaving the door open for him to come up with the forgery.
If there is a scintilla of public interest Abercrombie and the HDOH director can disclose anything they have.
That needs to be brought out to the public. The AG making that announcement implying that they can’t disclose anything is TOTALLY fig leaves. To cover what? That’s what the public needs to be asking.
So the Obots think ruling by fear conquers thee?
Wonder what life experience Mike Evans has in dealing with the dark side of humanity. Cleary he’s been threatened, beyond financial, public ruin to more cruel intentions no doubt like gang rape, execution, etc from second- third-hand hired gang bangers to him and/or family in a “crime spree”.
Fear is used for submission, they need him to “correct” the record without engaging in onslaught..after all, what’s more dangerous than one with nothing to lose?
And if there is no fear?
Threats aren’t protected 1st Amendment free speech. These are “fighting words”. On the street, that translates to civil discussion is over, we now resort to cave man tactics like removing limbs. Not much has changed in ions. If the threatener feels so strongly on the position, you should be willing to sacrifice life/limb for the endeavor. And mercy? That’s what breathing tubes are for.
Bring your threats. The Obot posse is in panic-mode and NO ONE SHOULD FEAR/SUBMIT TO ANY HUMAN BEING BUT THE ALMIGHTY GOD. We need people to speak TRUTH with CONVICTION and not back down from these fascist scum.
Now why would someone go to all that trouble to hide relevant facts about themselve yet at the same time publish a book with deep personal information and insight in it?
Maybe because the books are scripted and BO has to rely on perception and campaign speeches because he can’t actually live the truth - that just isn’t the Progressive way - they live a lie because truth has no agenda.
If he were honest and actually had integrity he would make ALL his background available good or bad.
It is more than common decency.
A **real** American president would be **HONORED** to promptly prove with all of the best evidence that he was a natural born citizen. He would be especially **PROUD** to do it for his troops.
I can't even imagine what Obama's intransigence regarding all this is doing to the morale of our military men and women.
By the way...I am **DISGUSTED** with our highest military leaders. They **willfully** turned their backs on LTC Lakin, a decorated war hero, and let him slowly swing in the wind! SHAME! SHAME! SHAME! ON THEM!

Just to be clear: A Certificate of Live Birth is an actual birth certificate. What Obama’s minions commonly refer to as his birth certificate is a “Certification of Live Birth.”
I know it seems like a minor thing, but we need to be careful to use the proper terminology because the left is notorious for trying to change the meanings of words or conflate two different things.
CertificATE of Live Birth = birth certificate
CertificATION of Live Birth = acknowledgment that a child was born, but not an actual birth certificate
Everything about 0bama is a fabrication and/or an illusion and/or an outright lie.
