Here’s an interesting Ground Report from Hawaii that contains an ingenious theory about Hawaiian Governor Neil Abercrombie’s bizarre backtrack on releasing Obama’s birth certificate.
Remember, Abercrombie promised that once he was elected Governor he would prove Obama’s birth certificate existed because he would march down to the Hall of Records and demand its production from the archives…and he would then hold it aloft in the gentle Hawaiian breeze, high above his balding pate, for all the world to see, thereby producing the document Obama has spent millions to keep hidden.

Sorry, but BHO Sr. was long gone from Hawaii when Barry was 5 or 6 yrs old. What are the social events then that Abercrombie claimed to see the happy family attend?
No kidding. That’s why I ended the sentence with a (?) Neil is trying to create this “happy, little family” situation and it’s blown up in his face.
According to the interview, Neil’s main reason for running for governor of Hawaii was to prove once and for all that BO was born there. EPIC FAIL!

IIRC, the HI Birth Index that is available to the public does not provide any year of birth information, which is kept confidential and redacted. Only the designation “male” or “female” is provided as additional information in the index

The fact that the name BHO II is verified to be in the index currently does not tell you the year of the birth or the year that the vital records were “accepted.”
The name in the index cannot tell us whether that name was a name on contemporaneous 1961 vital records (home or hospital birth or foreign birth to HI resident) or alternatively the if the name BHO II is the name that remained in the index after possible amendment or even a series of amendments to add and remove an adoptive name.

Your logic, while impeccable, assumes that BHO II’s vital records were not amended.
Isn't it possible that he was originally reported as qualified for a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth as a foreign birth to an HI resident, but then was subsequently reported, using affidavits as having been HI born at home thus resulting in a “standard” BC, but it was an amended standard BC?
The 2007 COLB should say "amended" if that were the case, but the 2007 COLB has never been entered into evidence and the vital records underlying the COLB have never been produced in a sworn discovery proceeding. Tin Foil hat on:

Subsequently, when BHO II’s presidential ambitions are percolating in the early 1990’s, SADO (enamored of the Black victim narrative and not wanting to deprive her son of his dreams...BHO II is already in Chicago plotting with Ayers and his Commie friends) claims that she was a foolish young girl and only pretended to be in Kenya to torque up her mother, but she actually delivered BHO II in HI at a friend's house or even at BHO Sr’s apartment.

The fact that the same typo remains on this second version is an indication that it was not independently published but rather amended, suddenly. The fact that there was a typo, at all, in both versions indicates haste on the part of the DNC.The problem with his analysis of the "typo" (through misspelled as though) is that it has existed in the DNC's certification since at least the 2000 presidential election. It was on both the Gore 2000 and Kerry 2004 certifications. The "typo" doesn't indicate haste. It indicates continual incompetecy on the part of the DNC.
We've been over this one at least a dozen times on FR.
