I’ve been trying to figure out the Fort Hood victims didn’t have a televised memorial. Why didn’t the President speak at that memorial? Has that even crossed anyone in the media’s mind?
I have never heard whistling and cheering at a memorial.
If all they did was read from the Bible, great. At least it’s not tacky.
(Of course, Satan can quote Scripture for his own ends ...)
Nice job by Steadman.
This thing is appalling with all the hooting, screeching and cheering, although Gov. Brewer did a fine job in her speech... actually REMEMBERING the victims, not yakking about herself.
I assume most of the "noise" is coming from college kids who camped overnight so they could see their Savior Zero and his wife Moochelle. Were these kids raised in a barn or something? Don't they understand that memorial services are supposed to be SOLEMN occasions??
Just wait until the WON is introduced!
It’s funny they are reading from a book (The Holy Bible) that they most likely don’t even believe in.
Like others have noted, this is the unofficial kick-off of the Obama re-election campaign.
It's another freakin' democRAT FUNERALLY. Where's the dignity this event deserves???
8:07pm ET... this is already appalling and disgusting with the many cheers, screeching, whistles and other outbursts from the crowd in this football stadium for Zero and Moochelle and the politically correct "Native American" doing the "blessing" (which is going on WAY too long, btw). It's another freakin' democRAT FUNERALLY. Where's the dignity this event deserves???
This is supposed to be a solemn occasion.. they should have set the solemn protocol up front: No hooting and hollering, whistling, foot-stamping, etc.
Imagine how the parents of the murdered little 9 year old girl feel right about now?
I guess they couldn’t get Ward Churchill tonight.
How mny US troops have fallen since Saturday?
Are you seeing this?
Am I seeing this?
Are we hallucinating?
Did Big Sis just read from the bible? And now Eric Holder is reading from the bible?
IS this happening?

Thank you. I thought for sure I was hallucinating. I just can’t believe what I’ve been seeing.
They seem to be holding up very well for people with holes in their hearts.

I have never heard whistling and cheering at a memorial
For the record, all four broadcast networks are covering Obama’s remarks live.
Wow the President visits and she opens her eyes!
I have to disagree with you, kristinn. This is the OFFICIAL kick-off. I honestly can’t believe I’m torturing myself by watching this.
Ah, college venue ... of course. And here I thought it was going to be the Westboro idiots that would bring a stain to the day.
