It’s cold all over the US today.
Some areas are really getting the snow!
I have enough food and supplies for a month...At least we don’t have icy roads! I could enjoy a day of snow..ONE day.

I’d like to see some snow too, but not like we had in Feb 1985. That was the year we got snowed in at Corpus Christi.
I was living in California then...10 minutes from the coast.
We had a heavy snowfall last year but it wasn’t freezing when it was falling..so the beauty was great but fleeting.
You getting any of the white stuff?
We warmed up overnight and it's suppose to be in the 50's for awhile....sweet!
College football is over for the year, so I guess I need to do something constructive, maybe a new hobby?....Hmmmm...

Our daughter is so happy she left California. That was NOT her style of living.
Just like the community quilt...the picture is the link, but the article isn’t all that explanatory.
I was much older so the style of living was very much as I was accustomed..except for walks on the beach and the ability to grow wonderful flowers.
It was near Goleta Beach and the area was so lovely.

~ Today...Partly sunny. Highs in the mid 30s. West winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
~ Tonight...Partly cloudy. Lows around 20. Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.
Yes, I know I'm late.
Our homestead (area) got mostly freezing rain, sprinkled with a bit of snow.
Most everything was opening 2 hours late, except for the northern towns/cities of MD & WVA, which had school closings.
We had an unexpected guest stay the night at our house because the roads leading to theirs were treacherous. After they left this morning, I came into work.

Seems I'm somewhere between the grilled cheese and chicken fried steak. I had a hard time deciding on some choices and when I did them both, that is what I came up with. This one seems closer IMO.
Hey, I'm over 50 so I know myself by now. LOL
Time for me to make my rounds. But, you stay right where you are.
