Although Hawaii's newly elected Democrat governor, Neil Abercrombie, has recently given a flurry of high-profile media interviews condemning "birthers" who question Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility to occupy the Oval Office, suddenly he is declining to answer a few hard questions.

I completely agree that Abercrombie has no clue whether he actually saw the young couple and their baby in HI. (I don’t believe he did.)

As for the rest, time will tell who is right. If he produces something of substance, then he coordinated it with Obama. If he produces nothing and pretends he never promised to, then the side is right that believes he shot off his mouth and stepped in it. It will be interesting to see which way it goes.

While that is an interesting theory you have there as a practical matter 1) the majority of justices are not followers of “original intent” doctrine 2) there is no case law supporting your interpretation 3) the SC would not be willing to overthrow an election based on a technicality in turned based on an 18th century law dictionary.

Lawsuits are not going to resolve this. Using state legislatures to compel BO to provide his long form might at least get it (or a better forgery) released. That’s a much more practical goal.

Without a long form birth certificate it is impossible to know who was his legal father at the time. Then there are the complicating factors of his Indonesian adoption, passport travel etc.

But...I agree if Obama Sr. is listed as the father on his long form, then Obama can not be a natural born citizen.

I tend to agree. My main reason for not totally agreeing with the birthers is that if there was one itoa any hard evidence/proof that he wasn’t eligible to be President, I can’t believe that the Clinton operation couldn’t unearth it.

Don't you think the Chicago political machine has **plenty** of dirt on the Clintons? Think of it as the old nuclear stand off:"Mutually Assured Destruction".

In Obama's case, he says, "I'm sorry.", and goes back to his day job as Senator. In Hillary and Bill's case they go to prison.

Exactly. BO and Abercrombie have already committed themselves to the story that BHO Sr. is BO’s dad, they can’t spin it otherwise now. Regardless of whether congress impeaches BO then there is already plenty of evidence to indict, convict and imprison BO and all of his co-conspirators.

Contact your congressman, senators, County Sheriff, DA, State Legislators, Governor, and County Grand Jury Foreman and demand that they indict, prosecute, convict and imprison BO and all his local co-conspirators for TSA Sexual Assaults, Voter Fraud, Identity Theft, Illegal Foreign Campaign Contributions, Poisoning of the Gulf of Mexico, Embezzlement of Government funds etc.

I would think that producing a believable forgery would be very hard. For instance, typewriters have “fingerprints”. How would they be able to duplicate the typewriter fingerprint from the typewriter used to produce birth certificates from the same week or month. Also, aren't these birth certificates numbered and tracked on various ledgers? The forgeries would need to account for these ledgers as well.

After almost 3 years, if it were possible to produce a forgery, it would have been released by now.

I’m sure the Clintons had the info - but Obama probably had enough stuff on them that they were hesitant to use the BC and by the time they realized they would have to pull out all the stops, he had sewn up the nomination (thanks to the Pigford fraud in South Carolina).

Biden knows and that’s why he got the Veep spot....

Maybe this is all designed to force BO to resign ASAP so that Hillary can come in and save the party before 2012.
