On Monday night's edition of "Hardball," host Chris Matthews talked about putting the birth certificate controversy surrounding President Obama to rest.
"Why has the president himself not demanded they put out the original documents?" Matthews wonders.

A few members of the military have jettisoned their careers because of his refusal to release his original birth certificate.
The most recent LTC Lakin , a respected flight surgeon, is presently serving time at the USDB at Ft Leavenworth.
Barry recently called the owner of the Eagles to discuss Michael Vick’s future.
But, he refused to answer the simple request of
uniformed men and women serving their country by releasing his birth certificate.
It appears that Barry cares more about Michael Vick and his future than that of LTC Lakin and the others who have gone before him .

Somebody on FR has this detail. The IT contractors were looking for info on all pres candidates as a cover- still gonna do time for it.
LTC Lakin’s brother is an attorney in HI. Maybe he is getting close to something. He once stated if his brother is found guilty he will devote the rest of his life getting to the truth and freeing his brother.
